Just upgraded from enhance 200 to select M3 because of claims that they will greatly improve voice comprehension in noisy settings. Will report back after I try them out.
Poor app
On an iPhone 17 Pro Max, running the latest 26.6 iOS, this app needs serious help. Just one example: Jabra occasionally sends notifications that appear on my phone. When I click the notification banner, the app correctly opens, however it opens to a blank page! Quitting the app and reopening it, or even restarting my phone does nothing. When I check all tabs in the app, there is no message awaiting me. This has happened multiple times.

App Feature Gone
The extra feature in settings is gone. I used the “Clearer” setting and now it’s stuck on Default, ever since the last update. They gave me things to try, but of course, they did not work. I reminded them it’s happened since the update. They finally admitted to the issue with no timetable to fix it.

Cellular connection required
Must have cell connection to use. Then it streams large amounts of data and battery for your phone. Replacing as soon as possible.
Excellent!
Had them for about three months and absolutely love them! My biggest problem is that they are so comfortable that I forget to take them off before jumping in the shower. I have accidentally slept all night with them in as well.

When ever someone asks about hearing aids I alway refer them to Jabra. I tell them of the excellent survive and how easy it is to work with the people a jabra. When I first purchased my jabra aids I was able to send them my prescription so tha they arrive immediately perfect. Best price there are other cheaper ones but non as good as jabra and it works with my iPhone so that I can hear my telephone , I can adjust it easily for when I’m at a concert or restaurant.

Excellent Service Expert
Today I received replacement enhance select 500 hearing aids. I was unable to complete the pairing process. I called customer service and spoke to Caitlin. She was most patient and walked me thru the problem and resolved the issue quickly. She was very courteous and pleasant to speak with.

Not happy.
I loved them when I first got them, but they quit working several times and sent reconditioned ones back. This happened three times. They quit working again and they want me to upgrade. I don’t want to spend more when the original ones have so many problems. Very disappointing because when they work, they are amazing.

Better than expected!
The performance is as good as the ones a friend paid $6000.00 for. The app is easily navigated and the adjustments work. I needed longer wires. I had a zoom meeting with one of Jabra audiologists, she could see what I needed. It was shipped and I received it 3 days later. I changed them myself using the link to a how to video she sent me. All in all, a pleasant surprise. A great value!

A Big Help
I have used my hearing aids for several years and they have made a significant improvement in my daily life. They have been easy to maintain and I consider them very reliable. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they have had the same satisfying results as I have.
Frustrating
I keep having problems or problems return. I’d rather talk to a person and get help changing or correcting problems. I’m spending too much on time making changes

Extra kudos to Caitlin for her knowledge and patience in helping me pair my new Jabras. Phew! Very glad to have audiobooks along with excellent hearing.
Need to login to change settings
Who thought that it would be a good idea to force the user to login to their account to be able to change between settings or disable the hearing aids? Three times over the past month I have been without an Internet connection and then unable to do anything with my hearing aids because I could not login. The app works well as long as I don’t have to login.

Update requires sign in
After recent updates, you now have to sign into app to make adjustments. This does not work when you have no connectivity leaving you only the manual controls on the hearing aids. This blocks me from adjusting settings during meetings due to poor service or when in airplane mode.
There is no reason to block a user from adjusting already paired hearing aids- very frustrating.

Outstanding
I’m so happy I tried these before buying another set of $6400 prescription hearing aids. I actually hear significantly better with Jabras.
