Good and bad

What’s good:
I like the workouts
I like the Apple Watch functionality (beeps when your rest is up)
I like the tracking

What needs to improve:
The video and tutorials don’t work on my phone

I wish I could move some workouts around to be a little more customizable

iPhone 15 Pro max - fix

App is great, I enjoy the workouts. However since upgrading my iPhone or the new 15 pro Max, I am unable to play the videos. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Proceed with caution

This dude is full of great Information but his app is horrible. I joined to get a feel for his workouts and then have found no way to easily cancel. He has not responded to numerous email contacts. App tell you to go to a web based app but where is that. When you do go to his website there is no account log in. Be careful!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback and we apologize you had a negative experience. Please note if you delete the app, your subscription does not automatically cancel. We would be more than happy to support you with any questions or concerns you may have - please send us an email at support@jacobzemer.com. You can also simply cancel in the app at any time by opening your Jacob Zemer app, selecting the three dots at the bottom right hand corner and then navigating to purchases. You will then see “active subscription.” Hover over the three dots in the active subscription and click, “Cancel Auto-Renewal.” You will be prompted to confirm that you want to cancel, if so, click “Cancel.” Again, please email us with any issues - we are happy to assist.
