Can’t even add my cloth to the bag on the web site, when downloading the app, can’t even log in

Die App ist gut übersichtlich und auch super zu bedienen. Allerdings buggt die App ganz oft, also ich drücke auf meine Wunschliste und dann bewegt sich der Bildschirm nicht mehr. Ich muss die App schließen und erneut öffnen, es braucht mehrere Versuche bis ich endlich meine Wunschliste öffnen kann. Dazu kommt noch, dass wenn ich die Wunschliste geöffnet habe, dort steht, dass die Liste leer sei und ich mir welche raussuchen soll. Es dauert dann auch wieder lange, bis meine Favoriten endlich angezeigt werden. Entweder durch wiederholtes öffnen und schließen der App, oder andauerndes hin und her switchen des Warenkorbs und der Wunschliste.

Needs work
Every time I try to check out the page tries to load and then closes and I can’t purchase anything. It would be better too if you could swipe/scroll to see the additional photos of an item instead of pressing the image to full screen and only then being able to see the rest of the pictures. I also can’t log in thru the app bc my acc is connected thru shop app

Terrible mobile application.
The app is truly the worst mobile app I’ve ever used in my life. It constantly lags and takes roughly around 20 years to load your favourite items. Terrible experience trying to ship here

This brand is one of my favorites but it’s hard to even buy anything it’s so glitchy and laggy I can’t even click my cart or wishlist without the app crashing ive tried everything the wishlist doesn’t even save anything anymore I really wish they could fix this problem because I can’t even buy anything it’s so complicated
