The workers are very friendly and fast making the orders.
3% online fee
They charge you an extra 3% just to use the app to place the orders in advance. And then on top of that, they will always forget your marinara sauce when you order the mozzarella cheese sticks.
Worse than McDonald’s App.
Constantly crashing and impossible to log in without calling customer service. Jamba is the kind of food/drink service that only has a good recipe. They lack literally everywhere else. App is trash.

Payment Function Not Working
This app has so many glitches. I've added my preferred payment under my profile. Yet when I go to check out it is not a listed payment option. I try to manually add the payment option but it never saves so I am unable to order from the app.

Cannot ever log-in have to reset password everytime still wont work constant loop of resetting email change then nothing gave up... 🤯

This location has on their door that they are open from 8am til 8 pm and I get there to pick up my order and the place is not even opened. False information and I'm left without my order while I have to be at work soon! Never again !
