App is very easy to use. The awesome images make it easy to order.

App constantly declines cards I know are valid and use every day. Extremely frustrating.
Wrong City on the app
The address is spelled wrong on the mobile app. This is totally unacceptable especially when I’m paying $.33 for a service charge for using this mobile app. Look at the way that the city of Pittsburg is spelled in California.
My Drink
My drink is not blended very well. There is white things inside my drink. I don’t know what it is. I have to eat soft foods. I cannot drink out of a straw right now. Because I had surgery. So they need to blend the drinks better. I’m eating my drink with a spoon.
3% Fee is ridiculous
Charging a fee to order on the app is ridiculous.
Açaí Bowls
Can’t order açaí bowls, the system requires you to pick 5 other ingredients, which isn’t possible. :(

I like this app. It is smooth as their smoothie’s.
Mobile order fail
Came into pick up mobile order, completely dismissed by staff. Supposed to be ready at 12:22 pm, at 12:30pm I was handed the wrong drink.
Asked for another pretzel as this is now cold from waiting 10+minutes and the staff wanted to explain this is due to large amount of orders and wants to be combative farhat manager shouting pressing issue that isn’t there.

App Fees
Beware of their hidden app fees. Customers should not have to pay extra to order off this app.
Ew
Placed online order, still had to wait for my smoothie. I get it and it is disgusting. Not blended well at all and has chunks of bananas. Do better.
Great app, needs accessibility support
Overall, I did not have any issues with the app when it came to ordering and making selections. Some of the toggle switches are not accessible, such as selecting a straw or splitting the cup. I also was not able to type in the field at the end when they’re asking for comments. Just some more revisions and it would be a great app.

Ordering ahead of time
With the busy schedule that I have, I love the fact that I’m able to place my order and just walk in and grab my juice fantastic

The workers are very friendly and fast making the orders.
3% online fee
They charge you an extra 3% just to use the app to place the orders in advance. And then on top of that, they will always forget your marinara sauce when you order the mozzarella cheese sticks.
Worse than McDonald’s App.
Constantly crashing and impossible to log in without calling customer service. Jamba is the kind of food/drink service that only has a good recipe. They lack literally everywhere else. App is trash.

Very clunky app. Not intuitive.
