Love them smoothies
Every order is correct, staff is friendly and fast. One negative is your lids don’t fit right. They come off too easy. Not good when you’re driving.

The app is functional with out any real issues but hounding me 4-5 times for a review while trying to place 1 order makes this a subpar experience.

App Error Great Service
I made substitutions, and the app transmitted that I wanted only the two ingredients. The assoc said it happens often, and remade the drink, which is great, but VERY wasteful. Hope that the app is fixed soon.

Ordered via the app. Reached the store for pickup. Was told they cannot make the order and asked me to request a refund via the app. App cannot do that. So basically they took my money and gave nothing for it and I don’t have a way to reach out to anyone

Seriously love the service and product, but the App is awful. Always issues with discount code. Plus there is a .35 surcharge per item. Today I was charged 75 cents… what the heck?? Mobil orders should be encouraged
Won’t accept a credit card
I tried to add two credit cards and each time thought it was a gift card and wouldn’t take it. So the app is useless to order ahead.
Poor Payment Management
This app is experiencing issues in adding other payment types. I literally had to pay with Apple Pay which was not going to be my first choice of payment.

Wrong City on the app
The address is spelled wrong on the mobile app. This is totally unacceptable especially when I’m paying $.33 for a service charge for using this mobile app. Look at the way that the city of Pittsburg is spelled in California.
My Drink
My drink is not blended very well. There is white things inside my drink. I don’t know what it is. I have to eat soft foods. I cannot drink out of a straw right now. Because I had surgery. So they need to blend the drinks better. I’m eating my drink with a spoon.
