User reviews

Almost exactly what I’m looking for.

The one feature I wish this app had, and that I think is sorely missing ESPECIALLY given that there’s a subscription for extra features, is Apple Watch widgets. How did that get overlooked? Cook up some widgets, and this is a solid 5 stars.

Do Not Recommend

Wanted to try free version before committing to full but app forces you to use full and will not allow you to view free. It is a scam.

Easy and effective

I'm not usually into workout apps, but this one's different. The intervals aren't complicated, and the audio cues are easy to hear without being annoying. I’ve noticed I’m walking more regularly since using it.
