It’s great if you don’t run into any issues with their app. My debit card that I used to fund the Jassby account expired, and I have not been able to get that fixed. It’s weird, and customer service is basically MIA.

Thiefs
Evil Corrupt theifs closed my account in 1 day after I opened it and took almost 800$ from me reason claiming “Inactivity” how could you be inactive if you created the account hours ago? They will not give you anything back It’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful makes me sick to my stomach I am Warning every one to not use this company or service

Looks great at the onset
APP is hard to navigate. I have tried adding a family member six times. Now it’s saying the email is already in use for his card. But it didn’t add him as a family member. Also, I can’t find the code for my banking to recognize the account. It isn’t clear cut.

Poor Service
Shortly after I loaded the account I was told my account was suspended and was asked to provide some documents to verify my identity. No big deal, this happens with other banking apps I’ve heard. I submitted the documents and was told my identity was successfully verified, but my debit cards still didn’t work anywhere and I couldn’t add to Apple Pay. Asked for help adding it and provided screenshots, they responded by shutting the account down. Makes it easy in determining if this is a good app to use for my family or not (spoiler alert: it’s not).

Do not purchase
The customer service is terrible. You have to go through so many hoops to take care of business and the fees are worse. Plus they are hidden. It’s so not worth it. Look into Cash App, Venmo and other services before this one.

My son’s card got hacked and jassby did not seem to pick up on it the outrageous charges. I do not recommend this app. to anyone. It is safer to set- up a kid’s account through your own bank
Not bad, but customer service could have been better
Left bad review before, but they fixed the problem (fraudulent transaction). Otherwise no issues My kids like their credit cards.

Easy download, and sign-up process! We can easily see the balances of all our accounts.The virtual debit card worked at our favorite spots. I’m excited to start using more of the advanced features.
