Autofunding unreliable.

I feel like the most basic part of what it is supposed to do falls pretty far short of what I expect. Allowances are constantly not funded because the amount in my account isn’t enough to cover the allowances. Except I have it set so that if it falls below a certain amount it should automatically pull funds from my bank to always have enough. It doesn’t do that. But hey! There’s a bot you can chat with that will try to placate you! Seems like a waste of resources compared to fixing what it tells me is a known problem. I probably would not have signed up had I known that it couldn’t do the basic thing automatically.

Money lost

Just because my
Son was on low balance it took ten dollars because I couldn’t add money yet

Terrible

The app is impossible to navigate so may unknown issues, try to put in the child’s phone number and there’s some unknown issue so we try the email and doesn’t work either, useless app should be giving children some form of independence but instead I just get texts every day asking how much is on the card even though there is an app that should show that
