User reviews

Can’t withdraw money from wallet.

They make it difficult to closed out accounts and receive the remaining balance. They require you to “fund” with your bank account even if you’re no longer using the app. Then they charge you against your remaining balance. Shady, shady grifters. Stay away!

Great for Kids!!

I love Greenlight and the entire set up of the company and their app is great!

They keep stealing from us

Have tried to cancel so many times, hours spent on the phone with useless customer service. They keep charging overdraft for an account that is empty, hasn’t been used in 18 months, and “closed” for more than a year. An absolute swindle.

Deceiving

Great idea but to swindle people into transferring money into the accounts first and THEN it brings you to the monthly subscription screen seems illegal. Low class. I’ll just transfer the money out and then cancel the free subscription. A good ole’ dry eraser and free bank/investment account seems the better route.

Geolocation

The geo locator on the app to find family is very random when it works and sometimes says the kids are not in the place they are. Seems like it could use a patch fix.
