I visited today. I had to wait in line 2 people were ahead of me. I watched this sales lady, Gina who was courteous, helpful & friendly. When it was my turn she greeted me the same friendly, courteous & helpful; I had to ask her name, Gina - Del Amo mall.

Worst customer service ever
Ordered $226.00 worth of merchandise and it was sent to a wrong address. They would not replace the items nor would they credit my money back. I have beef a JC Penny card holder for more than ten years
