Everyone those who are thinking to buy this just dial pack please read this carefully i am civi contractor on just just dial my name is (SAI CONSTRUCTION ) khar have buy just dial package in oct 2025 its been 3months i have just got lead which are already painter , interior , cement supplier leads are non of use while taking their membership they will say you dont go on reviews just dial is no one brand but really you will never got a proper call from genuine customer after buying their membership they will say you have to buy another package to get proper lead they will just miss guide you and will take 30,000 in first round from you again after 2-3 month they will call you and will say pay more 30,000 for genuine but you will never get a single genuine lead from them please be carefull from them. please read it once before buying there membership please everyone be aware of this

Opt out doesnt work
I had a hard time stopping the continuous promotional and other calls from just dial. They did not give an opt out option for the website. I had to download the app just for that. But the opt out option doesnt work in the app as well. I had to delete my account but not sure if the calls will stop.

The JustDeal app is currently not working outside the home country. I tried accessing its features while abroad, but most functions failed to work, making it unreliable for international users. Hopefully, the developers will fix this issue soon.

I was scammed by S F Mannequinn (Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi) through Justdial, and despite countless complaints, calls, and follow-ups, they did NOTHING. No refund, no action, no accountability.
Justdial openly lets scammers run their business while ignoring genuine victims. Their customer care is useless, and their promises are a joke.
Avoid this app if you value your money – it’s a breeding ground for fraudsters!

Worst Experience Ever – No ECS Cancellation, Endless Chasing!
If there was an option to give negative stars, Justdial would get -100! This company is an absolute SCAM when it comes to ECS cancellation. I have been chasing them for TWO MONTHS to cancel my ECS, and yet, they continue to deduct money from my account without my consent.
Their customer support is beyond pathetic – repeated calls, emails, and complaints are completely ignored. They keep making fake promises that “it will be done in 24-48 hours,” but NOTHING happens. Instead, they continue to loot money month after month.
Their so-called “executives” are utterly useless, trained only to give scripted replies and waste customers’ time. No matter how many times you escalate, the issue never gets resolved. They are quick to enroll you for ECS but make cancellation nearly impossible—a deliberate scam to squeeze money out of businesses.
I have lost thousands of rupees because of this fraud company. Justdial is a nightmare for any business looking for genuine service. Save yourself from this trap and NEVER, EVER sign up for their ECS! If you do, be prepared to fight a losing battle for cancellation while they keep deducting your money indefinitely!
