it asks for a 20 digit vin but mine is only 17 so it says my VIN number is invalid. stupid app!
Doesn’t even work
It literally doesn’t even work. It just says failed every time I open the app. Deleted.
Could not register vehicle
False advertisement unable to register vehicle via VIN. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Faulty information requested
When trying to signup, the app is asking for a combination of 20 numbers and letters for the VIN number but the VIN consists of only 17! I haven’t been able ti sign up so honestly I can’t say if it works or not but the starting issue gives a good hint.
Won’t let me register my jeep
2018 Cherokee Latitude tyried putting in the vin and says it’s incorrect… I made sure for Over an hour that I was putting it in correctly ( dyslexic) And says its incorrect and to put a 20 digit number. And the vin is 18 characters… Safe to say I’ll be deleting the app as it’s a waist of time.
Latest update broke app
This app has been generally far poorer quality compared to some of the competitor apps. However, the latest update has literally broken the app and made it quite unusable- data such as fuel, battery, coolant etc do not display any values whether the vehicle is running or not, it appears the data is being captured, but the display field in the app is unable to display the whole number. Same with the labels for Battery and Coolant- they only display the first 4 characters and then 3 dots. Pretty basic functional testing before releasing would have caught this. Very disappointed!

I have never seen such a useless app in my life
The so called Jeep app has never worked properly. I have been tired of complaining to them, but useless fellows. As per the app, It says my Jeep is in still China 🙄. They have no communication in between the organisation and when I reported the complaint the app stopped working too. I am talking about my experience dealing with Jeep kochi, muttom service centre, and my conversation with jeep call centre. They are so useless

App is showing wrong colored JC
My JC is bright white as shown in the app gallery pictures, but when I login I’m seeing an old red color version of JC. How to change it?
