Bought bitcoin on the app, sent the bitcoin to an external wallet, for more than 15 hours, my bitcoin didn’t show on the blockchain and up till now, I don’t know where my transaction is. Scam

I sent $30 from uphold did not receive it it showed on mempool you guys said not on blockchains now I sent another from uphold $50 saw it immediately sent $1100 and you guys change the details on the web and it went to another address after I talk to customer support that’s bad I hate you guys and am sure you guys won’t have something good to eat don’t test helpdesk if your doing transactions it’s a scam

Decent concept, but needs better stability and payout speed

Been using for months and the credit have been good no issue since my first day though. But I will give it a 4 star because it doesn’t having swapping of coins and if you deposit to your jeriod currency you can’t convert it to naira without using it to buy coin first and sell. I understand it’s a way to make money but I think what if I need to add the money to my existing naira balance so I can make use of it ? Overall it’s a good app and also you should make your history more better and also a optional feature will be add a way we can see our crypto explore and know when the coin been sent to us is on it way
