I can’t withdraw my money from this wallet and now i saw a transaction that all of my money was withdrawn by the system of this wallet. If you don’t want to lose your money then don’t use this wallet.

have a problem trying tranfer money to the app I have talked to CS and can’t fix it or don’t understand the issue or don’t want to fix Their only advice is uses different phone browser or basically not the app🤷♂️ This option makes the app unusable I did all recommended even redownload on a different phone the issues persists all in all a good app BUT BECAUSE IT DONT WORK I am forced to use another app VERIFIED USER

Frustrating Verification Process
My experience with their verification team has been frustrating. Despite submitting all the required documents as per their guidelines, my verification requests have been repeatedly rejected for reasons that seem arbitrary and nonsensical. Each time I provide what is asked, I am met with another rejection citing a new, vague issue. This endless cycle of submitting and resubmitting documents without any clear guidance or transparency from the team is both time-consuming and exasperating. The customer service response has been slow and unhelpful, often providing generic responses that do not address my specific concerns. As a result, my ability to use the wallet efficiently has been significantly hindered. I hope Jeton Wallet can improve its verification process to be more transparent and customer-friendly, allowing users like myself to use the platform without unnecessary delays and frustration.
