I need to verify my card for payment and each time a transaction fails an amount is removed from my card i want to contact their help center the app can’t be loaded and I have lost a lot of money .They keep taking money from cards mean while their app is dormant , their help center is not available for the past days , i need to verify my card for payment and each time a transaction fails an amount is removed from my card.
If you can’t handle your app or job then close the app and stop making the app available for usage and you keep talking people money without being credible.

We're sorry for the frustration. A small fee applies when a card transaction is declined for insufficient funds, per our fee policy, it is not an error. For app or help center access issues, please update the app and reach support@eversend.co so we can verify your card and help resolve this.
Horrible app . Do not use
Was having major issues transferring from Zambia to uk . The customer service was horrible and I lost money in fees and never got to complete my transaction
