After PayPal refunded my $500 they never refunded it back to me and just kept telling stories

How is it possible that someone will be paying subscription for a virtual card and when 2 transactions fail from that card, you all will delete the card without taking the customer’s concern. Taking all funds in the card. That is very bad for business. Very poor. We have to be able to confirm if the failed transaction was ours or not. So now I’m supposed to pay for a new card, load it with all the fees you charge then be scared of losing my card and funds with the least error 🤦‍♂️
