Nonexistent Customer Service
Absolutely abysmal customer service that takes hours for a single response, and then a further eternity to resolve the issue. Have had multiple bank transfers returned without any explanation over what went wrong, causing me to miss rent payments due to extremely long processing times, it extremely long periods of waiting for support to get back to me. Shameful app and the team should be ashamed of their standards.

Terrible customer service
This has to be the worst customer service in the universe. It can take more than a week to get any response at all from customer support, whether via email, in-app or WhatsApp

Eversend is the worst
I don’t even know if there’s a way I can a zero rating this application is so poor and the costumer services are just the worst of the worst if you use this app, you are going to Lost money time and their rates are so badddd
You don’t see your past bitcoin transactions as before
You don’t see your past bitcoin transactions as before and this has made me lost $51 bitcoin that was sent to their available wallet they provided for me to use but I didn’t receive the Bitcoin but the wallet I sent to was correct and the sending wallet on Bitcoin.com was showing confirm. In addition, pending withdrawal problems for upto 3-4days or even a week. I have a pending withdrawal since the 31st of August till now the 2nd of September yet I haven’t received my money. Eversend is becoming trash daily

Best Gobal money transfer app!!!!!
I wanted ways to send money to my girlfriend in Uk without having to walk in to bank here in Ghana, I googled and I saw Eversend!!! Never doubted and I went straight to register and do my transfer . And guess what??? Transfer to UK went through within minutes like I did Momo to Momo in Ghana here . I love this app!!!✅✅✅i recommend!!

Very bad service
Eversend was working on before . I mostly use them for ads but now the are the worst . If only I hard an alternative I could have left since . Simple Facebook verification code for my credit card I need to contact Eversend support to send and the take 3 days to respond. I lose clients daily because of this

Bad customer service
This app robbed me. I added money to my Eversend acc, money deducted from my mobile money but nothing reflecting on Eversend acc. I contacted customer support several times but they won’t respond. I keep messaging them everyday but no once responding to my complaint. This app should be reported!

A scam. Plain and simple. So quick to take your money, do not let you verify to send the money out and so you’re left trying to contact them or resend to yourself and lose fees. They send you through 4 or 5 different people all asking you the same question “what’s the problem?” but no one actually responds when you answer. An absolute scam. Disgusting. I managed to transfer my money back to GHS but of course lost all the fees and difference in exchange to the tune of more than 500GHS. Stay away. Do yourself a favour and learn from our mistake.

I need to verify my card for payment and each time a transaction fails an amount is removed from my card i want to contact their help center the app can’t be loaded and I have lost a lot of money .They keep taking money from cards mean while their app is dormant , their help center is not available for the past days , i need to verify my card for payment and each time a transaction fails an amount is removed from my card.
If you can’t handle your app or job then close the app and stop making the app available for usage and you keep talking people money without being credible.

You will make deposit and your money wont be credited and there customers service was too poor. Exchange rate charges are too high very bad app to use for transactions stay alert of fraudulent

Worst card I have ever send
Got my card deleted I don’t know why I added the card on Facebook to do my ads facebook sent a verification code to the card I never got and the. Card debited me 10 times without me getting the code later that day I saw my card my scheduled for deleting.
