After PayPal refunded my $500 they never refunded it back to me and just kept telling stories

How is it possible that someone will be paying subscription for a virtual card and when 2 transactions fail from that card, you all will delete the card without taking the customer’s concern. Taking all funds in the card. That is very bad for business. Very poor. We have to be able to confirm if the failed transaction was ours or not. So now I’m supposed to pay for a new card, load it with all the fees you charge then be scared of losing my card and funds with the least error 🤦♂️

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Hello…I’m here to express great displeasure in how you guys handle payments recieved from freelance….even after providing the required proof funds are delayed for hours and account ban is a possibility, I use grey and Geegpay and haven’t had issues with them but decided to trust Eversend because of lenient fees. Freelancers who I referred have faced potential loss of funds. I don’t understand this, I’d treat this with great displeasure because this isn’t the service you say you offer.

This is definitely a scam app. I bind my card to this app and my dollar was deducted but it didn’t reflect in my account. I tried to contact the help center it says something wrong for more than 24 hours and no response. Means it is a scam ap. Where is my $15 Eversend, you are definitely scammers
