Jetpac was recommended by a fellow traveler so I thought I’d give it a go on my Bali trip.
I had poor connection & very slow long in to my apps ie- FB, prime
The main reason I go it was to stay in contact with my family while I was away & that was annoying, dropping out.
In the end, I gave up on my UNLIMITED plan & switched to maya Mobile leaving Jetpac with 2 weeks still to go.

I recently purchased three Jetpack eSIM packages for my upcoming trip to China. I had some difficulty with the installation, so I contacted customer service through WhatsApp.
The agent was absolutely amazing. She guided me step by step through the entire installation process until everything was successfully completed. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful.
The service was also incredibly fast and easy. I was honestly surprised and impressed by the level of customer support I received.
Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Jetpack to anyone looking for an eSIM for travel. 5 stars!

Support isn’t the best I purchased two 30 minute voice packs and only received one I tried contact via WhatsApp and got no help

Terrible service. Terrible signal. I got a couple week esim for Japan. Almost impossible to get signal anywhere. I had two different packages for each week and in both last days it didn’t even work. I don’t recommend at all this service. Better go with airalo or holafly. More expensive but worth every penny. They know what they are doing.

Best bang for your buck!
These eSIMs work incredibly well, and the customer support is excellent. When my flight was delayed, they even offered me a complimentary data pack to make sure I wouldn’t run out of data and have to waste money buying another pack, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Coverage in China has been excellent, as I’ve had fast and reliable service everywhere I’ve gone, and it seamlessly bypasses the Great Firewall. Great value, great coverage, and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommended!

Generally very good, just a hiccup
The service is great when it works and very economical compared to other companies. The last time the app did have a glitch installing the eSIM (it did not automatically identify its own esim as old and needing to be replaced). It could have been a disaster getting a 0 star rating, but the WhatsApp help line was very fast to respond and solve end issue. So customer support is A+

Useless in China
Their data service was almost useless in China, creating huge headaches on my trip, and they did not compensate me in any way. Airalo works better.
Great customer service
Second time round using JETPAC and each time for some reason I struggle to set it up (my partner gets his going first go) anyways the customer service is 10/10 and they always get it fixed within minutes.
Best customer service
I have had several of these eSIM’s, some four places that are pretty out of the way. The coverage has always been great. I have used their Customer service on a couple of occasions and they are the best. Response time is very good.
Unreliable
Jetpac is easy to purchase and easy to install, but it will simply stop working when you are abroad. For support, you need to find an alternative way to get internet to communicate with tech support on WhatsApp, but they are not helpful. I waited days for support, only to result in no resolution. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.

Wouldn’t install
Followed the instructions exactly. Then followed the help instructions exactly. I’m the end, nothing worked and we haven’t been able to use the data pack we bought. Get yourself a better app.

And what a scam. Paid USD for a 7 day package and it doesn’t work. I got nada. App says no order. Support says they’ll get back to me in 24 hours. Do not buy Jetpac. They must have paid cnet for the review. Maybe don’t trust cnet reviews either.
Spams marketing notifications
Too many marketing notifications you can’t disable if you want to keep the useful notifications.
