I used jetpac for my last trip in Asia. I got the Asia region and I was able to travel from Japan to Taiwan to hong kong to china without any issue. It was also nice that I was not stuck behind the great china firewall. The only thing is that the app is not fully accessible with voice over. There's screens you can't interact with when voice over is turned on

Disappointing experience - USA eSIM didn’t work in Puerto Rico
I purchased a USA data pack specifically because I was travelling to both Florida and Puerto Rico. Before purchasing, I contacted customer support to confirm that the USA data pack would work in Puerto Rico, and I was told that it would.
The eSIM worked without any issues while I was in Florida, but once I arrived in Puerto Rico, it simply did not work. I contacted support, but I was unable to get the service working.
The most frustrating part is that I asked about Puerto Rico before purchasing and was assured that it was covered. Had I been given accurate information, I would have purchased a different eSIM or plan.
Florida coverage was good, but being unable to use the data in Puerto Rico after receiving confirmation from support is a major disappointment. I would recommend checking the coverage very carefully before purchasing.

I had an issue installing my eSIM right before catching a flight, and the support team resolved it very quickly — I really appreciated that, especially given the timing. My partner and I use this service to have internet on our trips, and it’s excellent. Thank you!
No warning when data runs out
The app never warns when your data pack is about to run out of time, you randomly get warnings about data usage but again you don't get a warning when you're about to hit your data limit. So your service can cut out and then you can't get online to purchase another pack. But don't buy more than one pack at a time, because if you activate a pack it starts immediately. And if you don't activate them, as I experienced, they will eventually expire or just disappear from your account.

Jetpac was recommended by a fellow traveler so I thought I’d give it a go on my Bali trip.
I had poor connection & very slow long in to my apps ie- FB, prime
The main reason I go it was to stay in contact with my family while I was away & that was annoying, dropping out.
In the end, I gave up on my UNLIMITED plan & switched to maya Mobile leaving Jetpac with 2 weeks still to go.

I recently purchased three Jetpack eSIM packages for my upcoming trip to China. I had some difficulty with the installation, so I contacted customer service through WhatsApp.
The agent was absolutely amazing. She guided me step by step through the entire installation process until everything was successfully completed. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful.
The service was also incredibly fast and easy. I was honestly surprised and impressed by the level of customer support I received.

Terrible service. Terrible signal. I got a couple week esim for Japan. Almost impossible to get signal anywhere. I had two different packages for each week and in both last days it didn’t even work. I don’t recommend at all this service. Better go with airalo or holafly. More expensive but worth every penny. They know what they are doing.

Best bang for your buck!
These eSIMs work incredibly well, and the customer support is excellent. When my flight was delayed, they even offered me a complimentary data pack to make sure I wouldn’t run out of data and have to waste money buying another pack, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Coverage in China has been excellent, as I’ve had fast and reliable service everywhere I’ve gone, and it seamlessly bypasses the Great Firewall. Great value, great coverage, and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommended!

Generally very good, just a hiccup
The service is great when it works and very economical compared to other companies. The last time the app did have a glitch installing the eSIM (it did not automatically identify its own esim as old and needing to be replaced). It could have been a disaster getting a 0 star rating, but the WhatsApp help line was very fast to respond and solve end issue. So customer support is A+
