Generally very good, just a hiccup
The service is great when it works and very economical compared to other companies. The last time the app did have a glitch installing the eSIM (it did not automatically identify its own esim as old and needing to be replaced). It could have been a disaster getting a 0 star rating, but the WhatsApp help line was very fast to respond and solve end issue. So customer support is A+

Useless in China
Their data service was almost useless in China, creating huge headaches on my trip, and they did not compensate me in any way. Airalo works better.
Great customer service
Second time round using JETPAC and each time for some reason I struggle to set it up (my partner gets his going first go) anyways the customer service is 10/10 and they always get it fixed within minutes.
Unreliable
Jetpac is easy to purchase and easy to install, but it will simply stop working when you are abroad. For support, you need to find an alternative way to get internet to communicate with tech support on WhatsApp, but they are not helpful. I waited days for support, only to result in no resolution. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.

Followed the instructions exactly. Then followed the help instructions exactly. Iโm the end, nothing worked and we havenโt been able to use the data pack we bought. Get yourself a better app.

Okay but app needs work
Can never find the discount code I keep getting sms that I have. Canโt buy 2 eSIMs at a time as it wonโt let you add 2 items into the basket at the same time

eSIM device transfer
I had an eSIM purchased for an upcoming trip and installed in one phone. I then recently changed my phone hoping it would tra after over but it didnโt work due to the code being invalid but the WhatsApp assistance solved that quite quickly. I was immediately sent an eSIM replacement and installation was a success. Thank you!!

Too complicated
I use this in New Zealand and remember I had to call customer service to get it connected. I purchased a one day plan for America and it was too complicated and set up alluded me so that was a waste
