As an octogenarian, I was quite anxious after purchasing a Jetpac eSIM because I found the installation and activation process upon arriving in Malaysia extremely difficult.
Fortunately, I reached out to Jetpac via WhatsApp and was connected with Theresa from the Jetpackers Team. From the very beginning, she was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. She guided me step by step, line by line, through the entire process. Despite several unsuccessful attempts, Theresa never once made me feel rushed or embarrassed by my lack of technical knowledge.
When the usual methods didn’t work, she came up with another solution, manually reset everything, and provided me with a new QR code. With her calm guidance and encouragement, we finally succeeded in getting my eSIM activated.
More than solving a technical problem, Theresa gave me confidence. She treated me with genuine empathy and respect, and that made all the difference. Customer service like hers is rare these days.

eSIM device transfer
I had an eSIM purchased for an upcoming trip and installed in one phone. I then recently changed my phone hoping it would tra after over but it didn’t work due to the code being invalid but the WhatsApp assistance solved that quite quickly. I was immediately sent an eSIM replacement and installation was a success. Thank you!!

Too complicated
I use this in New Zealand and remember I had to call customer service to get it connected. I purchased a one day plan for America and it was too complicated and set up alluded me so that was a waste

Been using jetpac for a few years now, always happy with the data speed and pricings. Also very quick, reliable and helpful customer service
Great customer service
Great esim and affordable. Have used it in various countries. For some reason I have an issue setting up the sim however on numerous occasions the customer support staff have been exceptional fixing the issue within a few minutes through WhatsApp chat.
Scam
Paid for 30 day “unlimited,” got throttled to the point of unusability after just 3 GB. I suspect the positive reviews are from people who paid as they went and didn’t use it for long. There are much better options, like Nomad, which delivers what they promise. Never again with these crooks.
Zero service 2 separate times
I used 3 eSIMs. The first time was good in Japan. The next two, I tried it in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Both times I had 0 service and was unable to connect to internet even though the symbol on the top right of the phone was showing service

Outstanding Customer Service
Full disclosure - my trip got canceled so I was unable to use my Jetpac(s). This review is for their customer service. I bought three 30GB Jetpacs, one each for my wife and my son and I for our trip to Europe (Paris, Belgium, and Amsterdam). Because my son’s phone is locked I was unable to install his. I reported this to Jetpac’s customer service and after giving them my information they issued me a refund. About 1-2 weeks later we found out we were going to have to cancel our entire European trip. I wasn’t expecting much as I had already installed the other two eSIMs on my phone and my wife’s phone. But I had not Turner either of them on as I was waiting to do so upon landing in Europe. I reported this to Customer Service and to my surprise and delight they issued refunds for both of those eSIMs as well. To me great customer service has tremendous value, especially when dealing with international data plans. I will absolutely use Jetpac the next time I travel out of the country and would recommend them to anyone doing the same.
