Works out the carburation of entry-level IAME engines from the real temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure and altitude. You set the conditions, it tells you where to put the needles. ENGINES Micro Swift, Mini Swift, X30 Water Swift and X30 Water Swift Micro, Gazelle, M1 Bambino and Puma 85. With their Tillotson carburettors: HW-31A, HW-47A, HL-394A and HL-394B, HS-323A and HS-325A, and HL-334B. RESULT How far the HIGH NEEDLE and the LOW NEEDLE are open, given both as a fraction of a turn and as turns and minutes, which are the two ways they are said in the paddock. Plus the carburettor POP-OFF, the FUEL MIX the engine asks for, the RESTRICTOR for its class, the POWER today's air is giving, the air density and the density altitude. And two fine-tuning sliders, one per needle, to match the recommendation to your engine and how it is prepared. EVERY CARBURETTOR HAS ITS OWN NUMBERS When an engine changes carburettor the numbers change, and the app knows it. The M1 Bambino with the Tillotson HS-325A has no low needle: instead of sending you to turn a screw that carburettor does not have, it tells you. CONDITIONS Weather data, two ways: from the nearest public station, with its distance and the time of the reading, or typed in by hand. It works just the same with no signal. ENGINE Engine type, carburettor, exhaust restrictor, oil ratio and track type. Picking the engine sets its carburettor and its standard fuel mix. LOGBOOK Save every session with its conditions and its carburation, then write down what you actually fitted and how it went: lean, good or rich, separately for the low and the high needle. Laps, best lap and maximum RPM too. Everything stays on your device. The logbook exports to CSV with the difference between what you fitted and what was recommended, session by session, and copies across to another phone.
