The mixture calculator. • A petrol and oil mixture calculator, on the engine screen and right below the ratio control. You pick which of the three you want to know —the oil, the petrol or the ratio— and set the other two: the app works out the one that is missing. • Petrol and oil each carry their own independent unit: litres, millilitres, US and imperial gallons, US and imperial ounces. Changing the unit does not change the mixture. • The ratio is shown as a percentage and as 1:n at the same time, because they are the same number seen from the other side: 4 % is 1:25. And the percentage is oil against petrol, not against the total mixture: at 4 %, five litres of petrol take 200 ml of oil. • The minus and plus jump to the next round figure, so you can land on an exact value without fighting the slider. • One button carries that ratio to the engine screen, which is where it enters the jetting calculation. If it falls outside the range the app calculates in, it tells you before changing anything. • New icon: the same kart as always, with more contrast and without the empty fifth of white it had on top. • The calculator has its own help, in all eight languages of the app. The calculation model is unchanged: for the same conditions and the same setup, the recommended values are exactly those of the previous version.
