Feature for future
I would like to suggest improving the gym app by adding more features beyond the current lock/pass access function. It would be great to have fitness coaching features similar to those available in the Jetts Thailand app.
Features such as personalized workout plans, exercise tutorials, progress tracking, fitness challenges, goal setting, and nutrition guidance would greatly enhance the user experience. Having an integrated fitness coach within the app would provide more value to members and help them stay motivated and engaged with their fitness journey.
Adding these features would make the app more useful and competitive while giving members better support in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Worse app ever. Always need to turn on and off Bluetooth to get it to work and why do you need to know location for. Waste of time

It’s one purpose to allow access, app logs out. Requires wifi, gym wifi doesn’t reach outside door sometimes. Doorways not sheltered, so trying to manage delays caused by app in the rain suxxx .
Bring back training programs they were great for ideas. A calendar tracker to track visit. Otherwise pointless app, just get a fob.

the app is buns, i will be holding it to the door for soo long, and it doesn’t show a loading screen or anything, it just doesn’t register that i’m holding it there and it doesn’t let me in. when phone is dead or broken i also can’t get in, pls bring back the chips to tag at the door instead
Terrible
Fails to work half the time. Stand outside the door trying for ages until someone takes pity on you and lets you in. Should be a BT system not a NFC system.

Not reliable to access gym. Advised to delete app and reinstall, problem persists on intermittently

Missing Data
I had plans & workouts when I first logged in and they were there for about a month then disappeared 🤔
In phone app access
App lets me access the gym sometimes & other times it doesn’t work. Often times I am left standing outside the gym, logging in & out multiple times just to get access. Other times I just leave cuz it doesn’t work. Quite annoying!

Program builder not working
This latest update will not allow me to build a new program. Super frustrating and not particularly helpful. Please fix ASAP!
Access issues

But app logs out every other use, claims bluetooth is disabled after login (it’s not), then spins and spins its wheels to finally let me tap the entry button. Even when the door shows green, NOPE you’re not going in yet, you’re going to fumble with it like an ape for another few seconds before your entry permission flows down the internets.
Don’t tell me to reinstall the app or contact support, just fix it.
