Awful
I couldn’t even get into the app! It asked for my email address and password which I put in. Then said “wrong password”. Thought I’d got a letter/number wrong but no. Asked for an email to reset the password. No email. Tried four different email addresses. Zilch. What an awful app. One star is too many.

Terribly developed app
This app is terrible. As other reviewers have noted, there is no ability to correct mistakes and the font is way too small. But for me, just the intuitive user interface is confusing and badly designed. I’d rather use pen and paper. Clearly someone got excited and pushed this out to market without any real testing. To PT’s out there. Don’t recommend this app, it makes seem like you didn’t do your homework.

Not intuitive
This app has been made for the physios not the end user. Images zoom in to show you where to focus on the exercise but it appears to zoom into the cente of the image and that’s not always where the most important part of the movement or exercise is.
The hierarchy of the text is very weak and the UI and UX doesn’t feels like it wasn’t designed with the user in mind. I feels like an Android app constantly having to confirm decisions.
Pay a proper app designer to overhaul it.

Obscene data requirements
You’re an app for exercise movements, why do you need every bit of my personal data
Terrible and even worse since the update
Before the update, this app was just about tolerable. The videos are alright, and I could just click on exercises when I wanted a refresher without having to run through the programme in the order that the app insists on (if you hit start exercise) If you make the mistake of hitting start exercise, as others have mentioned it’s not possible to skip an exercise, edit it, change the order, etc (for example if a machine is not available and you have to adapt).
Since the update, it’s even less user friendly than before. If I click on exercise number 2 in a superset, the app won’t even let me watch the video and bumps me to exercise number 1 until I faff about “completing” that - which wastes time sitting clicking through the superset over and over… when all I want to do is get my gym routine done and then leave and go to work.
I won’t be using this app any more and will be asking my physiologist to please just give me a pdf. I’m sure I can find videos on YouTube.
