No Apple Pay or auto pay
I think parts of this app is nice. It has pictures and everything like that but The fundamental thing is you can’t use Apple Pay to pay for the food, which makes no sense. It makes me a little uncomfortable, but also it was very inconvenient

It’s pretty good
I loved how they made the food, but tbh you have to ask for requests to make it your specific way, for me I had to tell them to put less spinach because they were putting a lot. The food is very traditional so make sure u don’t just get some random curry with rice cause that would taste bad. Overall I loved the place and would encourage you to come.

Trash app
Absolute trash. Can’t press submit on forgot password form because keyboard covers the submit button. Fix the glitch. The app is old enough to not have basic programming issues

Highly recommend if you’re a fan of ramen! The staff is so amazing and kind. Justine was such a great server and bar tender. She’s so kind and very attentive to what your needs and wants are for your order. Also she asks before hand if you’re allergic to anything which I thought was very considerate!! The food is so good! Try it out!!!

Server WAS AWESOME. She walked us through everything and was super fun and kind. The ramen was great and so was the ice cream.

App is terrible
The food is great! The APP is one of the worst restaurant/food ordering apps I’ve experienced! Lacks nearly all the basic 101 functions. There’s No order history, so you can’t reorder previous orders. You can’t actually edit your profile. You can’t redeem your points. When adding new payment types, it will deny the action multiple times for no apparent reason. There’s no customer service for or help form…etc. Horrible App! It’s frustrating enough, that I’ve stop my attempt to order several times and order from other Ramen restaurants for the zero frustration, ease of use and attention to customer functions. This app is sadly built for the company and not for the best interest of their customers.

Add Order Tracking for Pickup Orders
It would be greatly appreciated if you could add tracking for pickup orders, so customers don’t have to wait a long time or drive all the way there only to find out the order isn’t ready yet.
Good but…
The app is fairly easy to but would be better if 1) you could pay by credit card/debit card on app and 2) if you forget to check-in you upload receipt to obtain points. Adding these options would increase rating.
Jinya Rules
I love Jinya. The staff in my area is awesome. The food is delicious, especially for a chain restaurant. The app is also pretty good and easy to use.

Needs improvement
The app lacks basic functionality. You can’t upload receipts from a purchase, you can’t redeem rewards for app ordering, InKind payment doesn’t work with their rewards program, the graphics are so dated, there’s incorrect info such as the points conversion, they made point earning worse (get less for more points), and there’s not a basic customer phone number or email to contact.

Watch out for the automatic tip
I love Jinya but I hate how the app automatically applies a tip even though i’m ordering for pickup :(

From aesthetic to service of staff to quality food, I will never not be impressed. Can’t wait to try the local to one back home in LA after experiencing the KC location.
Loyalty program is super clunky
This is a neat idea but you should just be able to scan your receipt to get points. Having to write the phone number down so the waiter can type it in is just wasting everyone’s time.
Love Jinya, but this app & rewards program needs fixing
Writing this review mainly so Jinya/developers working on this app can implement some much needed features because the lack of features could actually be turning customers away.
1. Should add a way to upload receipts in order to earn rewards
2. Connect this app with other delivery apps
Basically, I was craving ramen and went on the Jinya app to order but when I selected the delivery option, it said no delivery services were available to handle my order. So I went on Door Dash and planned on ordering Jinya Ramen through there instead but realized I would not be able to earn points if I ordered through Door Dash as there is no way to add receipts on this app or earn points retroactively. So the inability to earn points for delivery de-incentivized me from ordering at Jinya and I ended up ordering ramen for delivery from another ramen spot instead.

Best Ramen in town
We have traveled all over San Antonio and this is the best ramen we’ve found. Tonight Lee had another great meal and Asheron our waiter was outstanding. Great food and great service!
