Good app, needs more smart features
Also, please provide a refer-and-earn option to get free storage. This will make the app even better and more competitive.
Worst for iPad
App not optimized
Nice aap
Full of bugs and glitches
Impressive Improvements and Smooth Experience
Iām genuinely impressed with how consistently the service is getting better. Great job, JioCloud teamākeep it up!
Very very slow !
Extremely Poor Performance ā Needs Serious Optimization
This isnāt just a small bug; itās a fundamental design flaw in the way data and images are loaded. The experience is frustrating, and for a cloud service from a major company, this level of performance is unacceptable.
If the Jio team wants to fix this, Iām available ā hire me as your iOS Lead, and Iāll make sure this app runs smoothly and efficiently.
amazing
Tried to enter my mobile number, didnāt work
Then I try a third time and it says āSomething went wrong. Please try again later.ā I then proceed to type my email.
Then says āplease enter a verified emailā. Iām confused, how do you verify an email when you literally just got the app?
Iām honestly disappointed. I thought I found a good alternative instead of paying for iCloud+, but I didnāt.
So, Iād recommend looking for alternatives.
50 GB free is a Great offer but
For iOS users
Terrible App to Upload Photos Manually

Duplicate Photos/Videos
This app is great, but I wish it had a feature to Detect duplicate photos and videos. I have a massive collection of media, and unfortunately, tonnes of duplicates are taking up valuable storage space. A duplicate detection feature would be a game-changer, allowing me to easily identify and delete duplicates, keeping my library organized and clutter-free. Please consider adding this feature in a future update!
āOptimized vs. Original Photos: How Jio Cloud Handles Replacementsā
Additionally, if I upload photos from a different source, such as Google Photos, Jio Cloud creates duplicate copies of similar photos instead of keeping a single version. Now, with 40GB of photos, how am I supposed to filter and organize them efficiently?
