Awesome I love it this is one app I can say the dispatcher the warehouse and customer are on point. I just wish when picking up to Austin order give at least 9:30-10am pick up time

I would recommend that you stay away from this company pay is awful they require you to cram packages into your car to the point it’s almost impossible to get them out they don’t have anything ready half of the time expect to wait for 2-3 hours for the order to ready to be picked up and expect to be out delivering for 6-8 hours for only $120 or less much better options out there for work

They will take your route
No point in even booking a route ahead of time when 9 times out of 10 they will take it from you before you even get to the warehouse. You’re better off showing up last minute and asking for someone else’s route they already scheduled their whole day around.

Great work place, good communication and great staff.
Unprofessional dispatch
The app absolutely horrible you spend all day running around doing what you’re supposed to do and then the app glitch and they lock up your money for the day. Leaving you with no income after spending money on gas. Dispatch is unusable for most reoccurring problems. Their rude top of that, they will talk over you and hang up on you. My daily pay has been locked up more than three times for things I didn’t have control over.

This is not a contractor based company, it’s a job they under pay there drivers and treat them like they are less than human. Your car will be destroyed in less than a years time, you have to drive over 100 miles just to make 80.00 and if you don’t like it their motto is someone with no education will. This company relies on Emigrant drivers only who can not add, anyone who can count leaves in a months time. Do yourself a favor and don’t get on this hamster wheel because Jitsu could care less

The route wasn't so bad but the team at Jitsu was late, giving me my login and password and my packages so I started my shift over two hours late. Big disappointment.

Like all gig apps nothings promised. But atleast if I reserved a ticket and I’m on time don’t give my ticket away. And leave me with out pay I was right at the warehouse. After driving 40 miles to get to it . Never again sheesh

Driving for Jitsu has been a pleasurable experience. They always have sufficient routes and it’s easy to make money if you put your mind to it.

To be honest the hour rates and the fees of each delivery is not fair for driver for one ticket as it should be .. 150 $ for the four hours I spent at least .. so each delivery should be 6 $minimum as there was no tip ..
