They will take your route
No point in even booking a route ahead of time when 9 times out of 10 they will take it from you before you even get to the warehouse. You’re better off showing up last minute and asking for someone else’s route they already scheduled their whole day around.

Unprofessional dispatch
The app absolutely horrible you spend all day running around doing what you’re supposed to do and then the app glitch and they lock up your money for the day. Leaving you with no income after spending money on gas. Dispatch is unusable for most reoccurring problems. Their rude top of that, they will talk over you and hang up on you. My daily pay has been locked up more than three times for things I didn’t have control over.

This is not a contractor based company, it’s a job they under pay there drivers and treat them like they are less than human. Your car will be destroyed in less than a years time, you have to drive over 100 miles just to make 80.00 and if you don’t like it their motto is someone with no education will. This company relies on Emigrant drivers only who can not add, anyone who can count leaves in a months time. Do yourself a favor and don’t get on this hamster wheel because Jitsu could care less

Driving for Jitsu has been a pleasurable experience. They always have sufficient routes and it’s easy to make money if you put your mind to it.

To be honest the hour rates and the fees of each delivery is not fair for driver for one ticket as it should be .. 150 $ for the four hours I spent at least .. so each delivery should be 6 $minimum as there was no tip ..

The pay is barely good enough for the amount of work you do not to mention the additional time it takes to pick up your order they don’t have it ready half the time they have one person open they open very late so taking an early route is pointless because you just sit there and wait until they decide to open not sure if it is like this everywhere or just the phoenix/glendale location. On top of that if you’re unable to deliver because of no fault of your own you don’t get paid until you return that package and if you work and can only return it early before or after work good luck finding the warehouse open you might have to make multiple attempts before you can return the item and get your money which at that point is way below minimum wage
