HIDEOUS UPON ARRIVAL/cannnot delete app
I was looking for a mother of the bride dress, not wanting to spend several hundred dollars. These looked ok online. When they arrived, they were horrid, the style, the fabric. Read the fine print because they do not completely accept return. Literally a few hundred dollars was thrown in the trash.

The return policy is not acceptable!
They let you put coupons on the items but when u return the item they take their money back from the coupon making you lose money. Shipping fee for the return is $10 for each item which is ridiculous is you ordered 2 items together and they shipped in the same package because that makes it $20 dollars for shipping! Im very disappointed, I returned 3 dresses because they didn’t fit and only got the money for 2 when returning it. It absolutely ridiculous. I also paid for express shipping which was $20 and it still was delayed.

Disappointing Order Experience
I ordered a dress and, apart from one text message, received no confirmation email, order number, or payment notification. I reached out twice with questions, but got no response. Assistance seemed only possible via the app — which felt very inconvenient, especially when I couldn’t even check my order properly. The dress itself was beautiful and I’m happy with the product, but the whole process left me frustrated and disappointed.

Poor Customer Service
We have purchased 6 flower girls dresses. They sent the wrong color for one. It has been a week of back and forth with no resolution and the resolution they have suggested now won’t even make it before the wedding. It took nearly 6 weeks to get my items as it is. I wouldn’t recommend this company and we have spent over $1000. Poor service/communication where the customer is not treated fairly due to their OWN mistakes!

don’t buy your dresses here!! i ordered a navy mini dress , it was nice in the pictures but absolutely not. It wasn’t even navy , quality was horrible and cheap never buy here !! AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND I PAYED 68 dollars and only getting 53 back!! Unacceptable.
Avoid at all costs!
I ordered all of my bridesmaids' dresses from JJ's house. One of the dresses did not fit, and we ordered a second dress in the correct size. I paid $37 extra for expedited shipping. The dress was supposed to be here no later than May 11. It is now May 13, and the dress is still not here. I have no other tracking updates besides it has shipped, and my wedding is in less than a month. Mind you, I ordered this dress in April! I am not one to typically leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but to save someone else the stress of what I’m dealing with, avoid JJ House at all costs. I put in a help ticket, and it says it is processing. So not only do they not deliver on time. They don’t answer you when you need help either.

Disappointing
I was using this app for my bridesmaids dresses, but it keeps crashing:( I loved the dress options and color variety and my girls already picked out their dresses, but the app keeps crashing so we can’t order them!!

I couldn’t even order anything on this app. I have never placed a review and honestly i’m just so upset that I had to. I found the cutest dress and it’s so hard to find a cute one for prom that’s plus size. I couldn’t even order it. I wouldn’t take my card and I tried so hard. I went to the Ai bot thing to ask for help and it told me go to a browser and order; so I did. It didn’t work there. I went back to the Ai bot and it was rude to me. I am so genuinely disappointed and upset. DO NOT even try to go through the process because honestly the app looks shady anyways. Go to a place in person and get it tailored to your measurements. Worse experience than shein. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

Overall I am enjoying the app, lots of options to choose from and love the “try it on at home” program!
Only issue is, please fix your bugs! Lots of glitches and lagging, gets very annoying & makes me not want to use the app. Glitches so bad my phone lags right out until I finally manage to close the app. FYI my internet connection is not the problem

I sent my measurements for my dress and they sent me a whole different dress, not to mention it was a different color and without the accessories that the dress was showing. I contacted customer service but they said “custom dresses are not refundable” yeah ok but that dress had the wrong measurements and was the wrong color. Bad, horrible service. I would totally look somewhere else if I was you.

Good Overpriced options with Worst Customer experience
Good items, good options to choose from, but a little overpriced and shipping costs make the items too expensive. One star for customer service- worst. It’s like you’re stuck once you make a wrong purchase. Nothing would work in your timeline.

The try-on program has been most appreciated in this process ... will definitely get the dress in a better size for me NOTE: The pockets in this dress are the deal breaker for me I wish pockets were available - even as an extra option - in ALL dresses!!!
