Fraudulent, piece of crap
I’m very disappointed, Zero Stars!!! Both apps don’t work, epic air anc buds don’t work properly, updates imposible to download. Personalize audio experience is false advertisement. At first the air buds worked but I always have issues with the controls. Also issues with the apps available updates, apps basically stopped working as did the air buds, one buds work and the other one would not longer connect and wouldn’t charge. Deleted the app and reinstalled didn’t resolved the issues, failed connection. I would never recommend or buy smithing from this company. Piece of crap!!!!

Does not register connected device
As of August 20, 2023 app does not register device is connected in settings ultimately leaving the app useless. Currently have the GoAir Pop. Out of box they are decent especially for the price however being unable to personalize it as advertised is a huge disappointment. Now I’m left with stock settings luckily for the price they aren’t horrible hopefully this will be fixed but after reading other reviews I am not very hopeful. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Don’t do it
Don’t down load the app - it won’t work. Will hit telling yo to “Please connect the device in setting”. The earbud sound is flat and sounds like your listening thorough a tin can and for the $34 I paid at the airport I am highly disappointed. Complete waste of money. Calling my bank for a charge back for “product not as described” because non of the features it boasts of is available.

Bad app
This app came with a pair of JBuds AIR pro anc I bought from Costco, as a QR in the quick start guide. The app is absolutely useless, as it just fails to connect to the earbuds. Regardless of how many troubleshooting techniques you try, the app can’t pair to the buds.
I thought the airbus’s were defective, as they wouldn’t sound right at all - worse than anything I’ve ever used.
Then I tried the plain old JLab app. It found the buds immediately, paired immediately and installed firmware upgrade in a minute. EQ, NC, music modes - everything works perfectly now.
Don’t waste your time with the JLab Sound app, just get the plain JLab.

Air Sport v2
So… the Air Sport 3rd gen works with this app but since I have the 2nd gen, I’m just screwed out of using this app? No sound customization or equalizer options or the changing the controls to my preferences? How it’s set up is how I have to use it. That’s pathetic. Unbelievably lame. Where’s the ‘no stars’ rating? Please someone change my mind. Or show me something that helps. Anything comparable.
