Great Product
I’m on my 3rd Jab ear buds. Each was an improvement over the previous one. I’m now using the JLab mini. In spite of their small size the audio quality is great. The only downside is due to the small size it can be difficult to do the double or triple tap to perform some functions. I have learned Higi place them in my ears to make them easier to use!

There is a burn in process available.
This app, doesn’t just take you to jlabs store. Admittedly that’s the 1st place it takes you, but from there you can easily access the burn in track. BEWARE remove your earphones before you play it. Otherwise you might do some permanent damage to your ears. The sound track is designed to stress tbe diaphragm of the headphones. It’s loud and takes the headphones through every frequency. Good for burning in headphones, bad for the human ear. DO BE CAREFUL.
So I does what it’s meant to but they show you lots of their other products. To get to the burn in track. Tap the top left menu section and it’s in that list. You can delete it all after you burnt your buds in!? Good luck.

Useless & NOT AN APP!!!!
Like a previous review said this isn’t actually an app, it’s basically a link to their website and the “Burn-in Tool” is just a audio track, when you click on “learn more” it’ll automatically bring you to Sound Cloud for the ‘JLab Audio Burn-in File’ but in the description it says to utilize the looping file you click a link to their website. Like there’s 0 sense in this thing, JLab you guys may want to rethink & reconstruct your app. It’ll make for a lot more happy customers.

Audio is choppy and burn-in tool crashes
I got the headphones to use with my MacBook Pro. The audio keeps stuttering. In trying to troubleshoot a solution, I came across this burn-in tool. Unfortunately, every attempt to load the tool crashes the app. I can’t use these headphones if the audio keeps stuttering. If I can’t solve this issue, I will need to return these for a refund.

Good but needs a way to find if lost
Hi absolutely love my J lab earbuds but a couple of nights ago I lost my earbuds at work and was not able to find them that I was out of $54 again going having to buy another pairThe developer of these earbuds needs to have something integrated to wear if both are missed or one is mist they can be found that’s the only thing wrong with these earbuds

This app is not what users expect it would be. It doesn’t provide you with a way to connect and configure your headphones.

It works!
I’ve had my twenty dollar JLab Bluetooth earbuds for over a year and they sounded okay before but now wow! Since about 14hrs of the burn in tool the bass is far more articulate than before the vocals and instruments in that range have a much greater sense of space and the highs have much more sizzle than before! I also find that the overall sound is no longer fatiguing when listening for long periods. If the noise used to achieve this wouldn’t drive me and my neighbors insane I would try it on my other equipment too. Really thanks!

I think this is a ok app but I thought it was going to tell us some advice about the product and how it worked.
It’s legit just their godamn website
like if you would’ve been able to use it to change your eq and like look at the battery percentage of you headphones that would be cool. But you can’t 😔😢😕😭😔🙁☹️😞😢🙁😥😔😥😕😢😢😞😢😢☹️😪

So the description make it sound like it was this awesome app that had EQ and other sound tuning tools, all the burn in tool is, is a link to a static sound file. Other than that they just try to sell u other products. 🤦♂️
