Very lacking
The interface is very lacking. Login screen does not recognize saved passwords. Also not getting OTP therefore not able to use app. Press resend and nothing
Critique
The app has very basic functions that work ok, but it can be slow sometimes. I believe the app and the Web portal are due for a UI refresh. The app also has some features that say coming soon that have yet to be updated.
Disappointed
Currently the App is very useless. VERY Disappointedš”,that the app only send the OTP code only once since I try to use it .Try several more attempts, but it just doesnāt work at all, VERY DISAPPOINTINGš”

Why do you even need otp if you donāt need to it to login online web browser?

I have been trying for over a month now and the OTP is yet to send the code. I have spoken to so many customer service personnel and they are yet to find a solution. This app was long overdue but seems it should have still been developing. I rate 1 star because thereās no 0 star option
Great !
I am just grateful I will be able to easily have access to view my accounts. The launching of this app was long overdue. So far, the app is very user friendly & straight to the point. My only issue is that I have to select the time period Iād like to view my statements. Personally, it would be way more convenient to group the statements by month & year (example, December 2024) and we could just select the time period from there. Nonetheless, I am just grateful JMMB got with the times because this app was ANTICIPATED!

Great app can't wait for the improvements
Great app so far. I had issues with OTP the first time I tried logging in but once I logged in the first time everything went smooth after. Very convenient for transferring/viewing funds and I love the stocks page.
I see a lot of "coming soon" so I am excited for the new updates and improvements. But this app is very convenient for me so far and deserves a 5 star.

Just an OK App
The design looks outdated and does not make good use of the screen space available.
The upper third of the app should be used to show content on all of the app instead of just empty space. The account statement page does this correctly and it looks so much better than the rest of the app.
The font size seems a bit too small. An option to adjust it would be ideal.
I also have OTP issues like other reviewers.
The portfolio performance charts and gain/loss percentages are a great additions to the app which seems to be missing from the Moneyline website.

A week later, I still canāt login
Thereās something wrong. Iām not receiving an OTP & so, I canāt login. Iāve been having this issue for several days.
Not able to login
Put in login credentials and "log in" not being pressed.

Changed my mind when I got in and saw it
OTP is going to be a challenge
I downloaded the app and for hours I still have not received the current OTP. When I enter the one that finally comes, itās already expired and the message says it can lock my account if I do that 2 more times
Time out
It takes too long to send the OTP by the time I got it thereās a time out message.
OTP takes way too long to come
Tried to sign in for 2-4 hours last night and the otp text messages take up to 30 mins to be sent and thus the prompt times out and have to try signing in all over again and repeat the process. And the email that says āif you have problems logging in, call this numberā? No one is there to help because office are closed. That isnāt customer service if we canāt get help anytime anywhere. Fix this problem now!

Excited About App
Iām very extremely happy the app has finally launch. No more having to log in my browser.
However the process wasnāt seamless need to contact CS to figure out why Iām not getting my OT code to log into my account
