Shoot the job. Put each photo under the work it shows.
Send an estimate or invoice with each photo printed right under the work it proves.
Nobody argues with a bill they can see. No account, no sign-in, no signal needed.
Jobsheet does the paperwork a one-truck contractor has to do: the estimate, the invoice, the booking, the miles and the hours. It works in a basement with no bars.
NEW IN 1.8: ONE STEP AT A TIME
Jobsheet has a calmer look: cream paper, black ink and one deep green for everything you tap. A new job asks one thing at a time: who it's for, then what you did, with the photos. The Send button comes on once the job has a customer, the work and a price. Your job list shows each job's first photos, so you can find the job by looking at it.
SPEAK THE INVOICE
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, talk through the job and it becomes line items to check. A wand rewrites rough notes into wording a customer respects. The camera reads a supply-house receipt onto the job as a materials line. All on your phone, private and free.
WHERE THE PHOTOS GO
Your business details at the top, the work in the middle, and each photo under the line it documents. Not a gallery at the back nobody scrolls to. Arrows, circles and notes go on before it prints, and each photo can carry the date, time and address.
SCHEDULING THAT KNOWS WHEN YOU ARE FREE
Book a job and Jobsheet works out your open times from your hours, your days and the drive time around what is booked. A dentist appointment on your calendar blocks a slot like a job does, and a clash gets a warning.
ON YOUR WRIST AND YOUR HOME SCREEN
The Apple Watch app shows the day and starts or stops the clock and the drive. Widgets put your next job, the day, the money and your miles on the Home and Lock Screen. Booked jobs sync both ways with Apple Calendar.
MILEAGE, KEPT THE WAY THE IRS ASKS
Tap start when you pull away and Jobsheet measures the drive by GPS until you tap stop, screen locked or not. Every trip keeps the date, destination, miles and business purpose, with the standard rate applied, ready for Schedule C.
THE CLOCK RUNS ON THE JOB
Start the clock when work begins, stop it when you leave. Billable time lands on the invoice at your labor rate.
THE CUSTOMER SIGNS ON YOUR PHONE
They sign on a proper line, and the signature prints with their name, the amount authorized, the time and the place. Took a deposit? The document subtracts it and leads with what is still owed.
NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER
Everything lives on your phone. Turn on iCloud backup and your records are copied to your own iCloud, not ours. Stop subscribing and everything you made stays readable: your records are never held hostage.
EN ESPAÑOL
The whole app is in Spanish, and each estimate or invoice can go out in English or Spanish, whatever language your phone is in.
FOR THE ONE-TRUCK SHOP
Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers, handymen, painters and landscapers. Anyone who does the work and writes the paperwork after.
PRICING
Your first job is free, start to finish: the estimate, the photos, the invoice and the payment. After that, Jobsheet Pro is $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, in US dollars, charged to your Apple Account when you subscribe. It renews automatically at the same price until you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.

Your work stays on your phone. We never receive it, and there is nothing for us to receive.
