I’ve only recently started using Taskrol, so this is still an early impression, but so far it honestly feels like the app I’ve been looking for.
If you run a service business and have tried different apps to keep track of customers, jobs, addresses, photos, scheduling, etc., you know how hard it is to find something that actually fits the way you work. Taskrol already has a lot of really useful features, and everything feels focused on real field service needs.
What makes it even better is the team behind it. They’re very responsive, friendly, and actually listen to feedback. I’ve had questions answered within minutes, and even when I needed something that wasn’t originally built into the app, they were willing to look into it and adapt.
The app is actively developing, and I actually think that’s a big advantage right now — it feels like a great time to start using it and grow with the platform. Very impressed so far and excited to see where they take it.

Really for appliance repair businesses. Finally!
One month with Taskrol and I still haven't found a more convenient tool for our appliance repair business. No clutter — just jobs, parts, invoices, and team workflow that makes sense. Built-in parts search, helpful AI assistant, solid reports, and support that actually responds. Lots of small features that quietly save time every day. Highly recommend for repair shops.
