Doesn’t work (July 26)
Sorry Joe but your app is dog end.
Firstly it got stuck on the sign up notification option screen.
After reloading it still wouldn’t work unless I reinstalled and accepted notifications to be turned on.
When I did finally get it it froze on the check out screen and the app never then loaded.
I uninstalled and tried again - this time it froze at the notification screen again and then after rebooting the app just froze on the loading screen.
Also, verification via What’s App….thats not what acceptable. The app says verify via text. That’s not What’s App and I didn’t give permission to be contacted by a third party app.
I also got a promo email welcoming me to J&tJ with a link to order. Upon clicking this it actually did open the app but on an error page saying “this card is no longer available”????? It then reverted back to stuck notification page.
Oh well, no overly expensive 10ml sugary flash-in-a-pan viral matcha drink for me then

Sign in breaks frequently
Every other time I reinstall this application, sign in - with number, email, password, anything - just doesn’t work. Lots of “something went wrong” errors. Makes this app impossible to use reliably.

Terrible treatment
On 2 occasions at wall st location I had a terrible experience . Once thry gave me cold coffee when it had to be hot . On another occasion manager asian guy refused code to the bather even thought I have purchased things same morning and come their all the time and actually have meetings invite other so bad I’m customer since first log on spring st terrible

Uhhhh but
This place is phenomenal. Glad you’re here. But you really must do something about the wait times. If Chick-fil-A can move lines like they do, you should be able to too. The white times are discouraged when returning, and I could be a great customer.

The app sign in
Every time I try to sign in, after I enter the 6 digit code, the sign in page closes and redirects me back to the beginning. This makes it practically impossible for me to sign in and use the app. Ive tried to sign in with WiFi, with mobile data, and it still doesn’t work. Really irritating as I love Joe and the juice a lot and this prevents me from earning points.

Staff was so sweet and helpful. I got an iced chai latte with vanilla and it was so tasty and refreshing
Points missing
I haven't used my account in a few months, and when I logged back in, all of my loyalty points were gone. Apparently, they expire if you aren't active, which was really disappointing to find out. With the prices already being on the higher side, it would be nice if loyal customers didn't lose the rewards they've earned just because they took a break. The food and drinks are great, but this loyalty policy definitely left a bad impression.

Untrained employee at register
It took 10 minutes to order 5 standard drinks. He needed assistance several times including imputing an iced
Black coffee and had trouble allowing me to pay with the QR code. I was also not able to get a receipt.

I reckon it’s easier to get the US nuclear codes than it is to order a coffee on your app.
