Not working
There is a weird glitch going on. When I log in, I get the first four screens explaining the new loyalty program, but after I click next, and then “accept and start” it just takes me to the first screen again. This happens over and over and I am unable to use the app at all.
Login Not Working
I’ve reset my password multiple times and the app keeps saying “something went wrong” when trying to login and using the password that it was reset to. So the app is useless at this point if I can’t login.

The worst app ever
Just useless, hard to sign up and after took few days to sign up, system doesn’t allow to scan QR code to get point. System error system error system error how many times?????? Starbucks app is so much better and easier to use. Your brand charges £7.5 for a juice but your app doesn’t deserve not event 75p.
