The app works flawlessly and is easy to use.
Have to constantly remake my password
The only complaint I have is that even with the correct password and username it keep saying ‘Authorization is invalid, please input correct password and ID’. Yet when I completely make a whole new password it works perfectly fine, and it’s starting to get a little tiring.

Great improvements
I like how I can easily see what bills I have paid. I used to have to log on to the website via a computer to see if I forgot to pay a bill. Now I can see it right in the app.

Works great
easy and functional I wish there were a way to view which checks went through with mobile deposit. Had to go into the bank and go through 36 checks with Miky to see which 4 did. It get deposited.

This app never works. I am able to sign in to the browser just fine, just use the browser don’t even try with this app

Balance is never right
The old app was always correct-this one is never the same balance as what I have …I do like that I don’t need to turn my ipad sideways, also like the mobile deposit, but the totals are nearly always incorrect thus far.
Minor tweaks could make app more personalized
If one could personalize what parts of the app so they all appeared on one page, this would make navigation easier, rather than having to scroll from page to page.
