Great app easy to use, effective
No auto save and staff under educated on how it works
I loose work when working on a document sometimes. The program freezes
I loose the work since there is no auto save. I have sent my concerned numerous times but some staffers are not educated on the program to provide help.
Fix these issues and the ap works great otherwise.
Customer service in reference to providing accurate clear instructions to resolve issues is very much lacking.

Disappointed
A change to the homepage has replaced the Client button, which contained personal info saved about clients. Will likely delete since that change occurred since I no longer have access to my client database. Used to be a 5 but now I’m rating a 1.
Simple, easy
If you run your own business and need to invoice on the fly, then this app is for you. It’s not cheap but the features are there. Also getting paid is through PayPal which is simple (they charge per transaction).

This is a great and so much what I needed .
App failed
Make sure to back everything up. The app failed to work for me and support isn’t helpful. Don’t get caught off guard!

Descent app but after I subscribed it sent me an email of a price increase for my subscription about 2 weeks later ,not cool. I don’t care for these kinds of developers who want to charge for everything. That’s right they even charge for uploading photos . I will look for another app .

Joist used to be free. App has gone down hill with pop ups and increased subscription fees.
Basic
I’ve used this for basic invoices less than 10 times a year. The basic free package was great. Them they took away images, reduced the basic option to almost nothing, and now charge for everything. Looking for another solution.
Block data without a subscription
Don’t use these people they expect you to have a subscription to get your data once you stop using their service. It’s in other words for stealing business information from you. It use to be free
