Been using it for work and it’s very easy to navigate and to see shifts, and scheduling. Simple and easy to use!
Worst EV APP
Of all the apps for EV charging, this is by far the worst. Can’t login, can’t reset password, chargers don’t have QR codes, awful. My local charger was “upgraded” to this trash and now I can’t charge. It was never an issue but now it is.

Poor Service
Be careful what you sign up for. I only wanted digital checklist and I allowed to try the label printing. It sucks and they refuse to remove it from my invoices as I’m contractually obligated to pay the rest of the year for a service that doesn’t work. I signed trusting that it would be a good solution, but they’ve lost my trust with their negative response. Thankfully, this only affects one of our restaurants and we won’t be extending this to the rest of our locations. Disappointed in their lack of ability to make it right.

Unprofessional and useless
Their customer service is nowhere to be found. You cannot speak with a person at any given moment. The chat help they have it is represented with people who will advise you to send an email if you have a huge problem and it is urgent… we had to stop using their services 3 months into the 1 year subscription because the servers was not functioning correctly and we could not do any of our state inspection forms on time. Before cancellation nobody informed us that the access will be restricted and all the information will be deleted… so if you are looking for a good solution for your business paperwork - this is definitely not the one for you

Great tool to help on board new employees! I am able to upload “how to” videos and information. Create check list, with or without photos. Scheduling made super easy! Absolutely love jolt!
A Great App.
It has its perks as far as being able to see your schedule ahead of time and you can manage many things pertaining to your job. Great app, I luv the convenience of it and I will highly recommend it.
Learning curve
Definitely a learning curve from the jolt lite app that got discontinued, but looks more updated and less finicky.
Terrible
I’ve been discussing back-and-forth with a sales team member from Jolt for over a month now. Are discussion centered around, changing from physically writing schedules and doing payroll to be able to have an all encompassing service. I had additional features. I was looking to add to my jolt account after I got the initial software up and running. I paid the start up fee and got access to my account to start building my profile, only to find out that it was not an all encompassing solution. I come to find out that I need to purchase additional software at an additional cost to be able to actually do what I was looking for. Predatory practices, and misleading sales techniques. I will be cancelling service before I even start.

Takes forever to load the schedule and pick up shifts
A snail moves quicker
Seriously, it’s the slowest it’s ever been. An evening cash up now takes 40 minutes instead of ten, because you’re having to take an extra 5 minutes per answer as it won’t load the next option quick enough

App Keeps Crashing
Since I’ve recently updated my phone I can’t open the app without it crashing seconds later. This needs to be fixed

User friendly app for emloyees (me!)
I’ve been using the jolt app for the first time as a new employee with my employer for about 6 weeks now and I honestly really like it. Its very user friendly to me and hasn’t given me issues. Easy to pick up shifts and view schedules, manage time off, it’s cool!
