The app often opens with a blank screen and fails to load. I often get a “something’s wrong error” when attempting to use the search bar with the only to recover being to close and reopen the app. Lastly, the order history has been broken for quite some time. I can only see recent purchases, loading more just shows the same purchases over again.

Great, but needs work
Great prices on fragrances, wonderful deals, but the app has bugs and is not easy to navigate. They also take a long time to ship products and do not have clear confirmation and expectations of their shipping process.

I’ve ordered from Jomashop just a couple of times. So far it’s been okay. My only issue was that I had placed an order for my son. Waited and waited for my delivery. At the very least, two weeks had gone by and nothing. After going back on the website, I see “out of stock”. I shouldn’t have been able to place an order, if the product was out of stock. I didn’t receive my money back, I received a store credit. Unfortunately, the store credit was not the complete amount of what I had paid. I’m trying to hold out hope because I love their vast selection of fragrances. Just placed another order. 🤞🤞🤞
