Bugs and other issues
Honestly great app and all but I do recommend you guys fix the bug and glitches it has for example( even though I have internet and I go to see my wish list is say I have no internet connection I tried everything from disconnecting and connecting using my own cellular WiFi and still can see my wishlist or something even when I search something as well it happens)

This app is pretty straightforward. I’ve had a few shipping issues as far as times of arrival being inaccurate other than that Prices are fair, surprisingly cheaper than some of the actual warehouses. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Sometimes I compare the prices to Amazon and other sites and it seems too good to be true. It’s true.
Good but customer service is horrible
Prices are good, but the customer service is ridiculously bad. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on perfumes and the one time I called to make a complaint about one and ask for a refund or even just a credit I was denied and the perfume smelt nothing like listed
Awful Service, Wait time, and Communication
If I could give a zero star I would. The watch never even got shipped. They gave me no information several times. I waited over 30 minutes on hold to get a rude service rep who gave me no information and refused to give me information. I asked questions after expressing my frustration over email and the response I got completely ignored my email and questions just saying the watch was not delivered. I had to reply and ask the questions again to even get a response. Poor communication and long waits for a watch that was supposed to arrive long ago.

Blatant Lies and Fake Stock Updates
I am incredibly dissatisfied with my recent experience and the total lack of resolution from customer service. I ordered cologne on June 3, and it is still sitting at "awaiting shipment." When I called to follow up, I was told the vendor hadn't sent the item yet and that it would take another two weeks.
Here is the kicker: while Joma claims they don't have the stock to fulfill an order placed weeks ago, you can go on their website right now, add the exact same cologne to your cart, select rush shipping, and receive it by June 23.
It is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money for nearly a month, lie about vendor delays, and prioritize new rush orders over backlogged customers who have already paid. This level of dishonesty and poor logistics is exactly how you lose business permanently. I will never buy from Joma again. And I’ll be putting this review everywhere I can think of until this issue is resolved.
