J’ai résilié au bout des 7jours mais j’ai quand même été débité de 79euros😡😡😡😡😡

Helped are family a lot

It’s helped get my kids to do there daily tasks and chores and help put it more on them and show direct rewards. The sub task helps my son who has adhd and autism to keep on task and not forget items.

Why has this changed so much

My daughter used to love playing on Joon. Then she stopped for about a year and when she came back the game had changed completely and all the doter’s she had made were gone, along with all the stuff she had bought and made. Please change it back.

Amazing!!

As a person with ADHD, I can absolutely tell you this helps so much with me and my siblings. I love it so much and it really motivates myself and has stopped a lot of arguments and actually make chores fun. I also like how it is very customizable so you can customize it to your own household. I definitely recommend this to anyone with a kid that never wants to do chores.Overall Joon,You are doing an amazing job!!!

Best customer service

My kids thoroughly enjoyed this app though due to ages and preference they didn’t last as long as we’d hoped. Customer service was incredibly prompt and resolved our issues immediately.

Subscription reminders not sent

Don’t sign up for the trial.

The app states that they will remind you days before the yearly subscription kicks in. Nope.

Too difficult to set up and not easy to customize

Won’t delete off my daughters iPad. Scammer garbage. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

Doesn’t work

Having trouble with unlocking the iPad and he’s getting frustrated with the app. He earns coins and buys time but it won’t unlock the app.

So many bugs and glitches

They keep charging your account

I’ve canceled my subscription and I continue to get charged. This app is a rip off. No support to reverse charges other than your bank. DO NOT GET THIS APP. IT ISNT WORTH IT.

Frustrating

Tried the 7 day free trial and we really didn’t have a chance to see if it would work for us as it was a busy week. App notified us that free trial was almost up so Cancelled as we weren’t using it much. Joon offered additional 7 day free trial so I thought we’d see during a more normal week. This time no reminder trial was up and charged for the whole year without anyway to cancel. I acknowledge that this was also my fault for not setting a reminder, however it’s so frustrating that apps do this.

Didn’t work for us

We had to stop using it. My child was asking the chatbot questions that were not appropriate and getting upset with it when it refused to answer. He then did not respond to any of the tasks when the chatbot was off.

Way overpriced

The price for using the app is ridiculous. Way over priced. Even if it were worth it (which it’s not) I would never pay that much for any app.
We enjoyed the app mostly for the game, it helped if parents are consistent with it. I would even consider paying a small amount monthly for it, just to keep my kid happy.
The fact that the developer thinks it’s even close to $189 a month is a joke. Thanks for the measly discount offer ($130) 🤯

Cancelled-still billed

This app was way too expensive for what you get. I cancelled it within 2 months of my daughter using it. I just got billed again even though it doesn’t show up in the Apple subscriptions. My card expired in their system and even then they billed me which means it IS tied to Apple subscriptions. I would like my refund as soon as possible.

Pretty Good, But Not Improving

Summary: this app is useful for tracking chores and giving rewards for completing them, but missing basic organizing for multiple kids, and focuses too much on the virtual pet. Best for younger children.

Pros: overall easy chore management, kids and parents can all participate, rewards are nice and adjustable for lots of different purposes (trip to the candy aisle is a popular one here)

Cons: too much focus on virtual pet. Kids are not nearly as interested in the pet as the development team seems to think, and simple features are missing such as the ability to rotate a chore between kids. The support team is responsive, but no changes have been made in the several years of feedback we have given.
