I Need Help PLEASE
Love the app and used it for years. Right now it won’t let me use the app because it keeps telling me to “update to the latest version to ensure data integrity”, but when I click the link to the app store it doesn’t show any updates just the button to open the app. I’ve turned my device off and on but it still won’t work. I would really like to access it soon but more importantly I cannot lose the data I have!

This app is amazing. It is a learning car. I suggest looking at tutorials as many times as you need to until you understand it but once you understand it, it will make life so much easier.

I wanted an app that could be used on android, IOS, and windows.
After trying other journals compatible with MSOnenote, this has out beaten them all. Basically working with this app has given me more insight about how to connect everything. Working on it and making it work for me.

Surprisingly Powerful
There are a LOT of features all packed into this one app, so much that it can be overwhelming. But also a great deal of the app is fully functional with the free version, so you have plenty of time and freedom to figure out everything it does. It is incredibly robust and it definitely seems like they only locked actual premium features behind their subscription, which is a breath of fresh air!
It also has a lot of tutorials available to make the most of its many interconnected features. If you end up really liking it, they even have a one-time lifetime purchase option (it’s pricey at $99 but when everything is subscription or nothing, having ANY option to purchase one time and own forever is so refreshing.)

I downloaded Journal it! with a very specific goal in mind—I wanted a simple way to create prompts and templates to support my grief work and mental health journey. Within weeks, it has completely exceeded my expectations and evolved into a full life management system.

What started as journaling has expanded into a seamless hub for my calendar, task planning, reminders, and personal organization—across both work and personal life. THE BEST
This is by far the best, most flexible, comprehensive and all in one planner, journal, organizer ever. Admittedly, it needs a learning curve to figure how all things work but stick to it and pretty soon you’ll have a system that works. They’re also updating the app alot to add more specs to this already powerful app. I do hope they’re able to add in a financial template/ budgeting feature soon! Kudos to the great minds behind this app.

This app is a game-changer and worth the time to learn how to use it.
I love this app and think it’s amazing… and coming from me, that means a lot because I’m VERY picky about what apps I’ll use. I also tend to ditch apps that are a challenge to learn. Not this one. Totally WORTH IT!

Great organizational tool!
Absolutely love it! Browser and iPad has slight technical problems but phone works perfectly! Dev is responsive on his FB group.
It’s very customizable. Projects/goals/tasks, sessions/appointments, calendar integrations, quick journal entries, timelines, time blocks…
They have a short few part series explaining how to do some stuff.

The only all in one app that makes sense for me
Let’s be honnest, it does have a learning curve. BUT, once you get the hang of it, it’s a powerful tool. You can make it as simple or as complex as you need, you can link things together, organize your day in a way that makes sense for you. It has the good points of a physical bujo with the advantages of digital planning. Just enough customization to make it your own, but not too much that you end up spending more time of beautifying the app instead of actually using it. When I first tried it a while ago, it had its fair share of bugs and limitations, but the dev is suuuuupee nice, listens to the users, is open to suggestions and in a very short amount of time, everything was fixed and features were added or got better. He’s also quick to reply if you need help with the app.
I’d suggest taking time to slowly figure out the app and setting it up step by step until you’re familial with it and only then, make the jump to using it as your main system. Otherwise you’ll feel overwhelmed and pass on this awesome app.

Nach wenigen Tagen nur noch Abstürze. Sowohl auf den IPAD als auch den IPhone. Scheint mit dem Sync zu tun zu haben. Habe keine Lösung.

I’m giving this review from an objective point of view. I think this app is amazing!!! Has all the required features for free and the pro is reasonably priced. The app interface is beautiful and everything works perfectly. I will always be more than happy to see how this app progresses however given how little time I get I think I just need a simple write down journal instead of something which is a total powerhouse.

All-in-One App
I was looking for a journaling app. What I got was a second brain. Not only can I journal, I can schedule my calendar, to do, track projects, habits, see stats, see a progress of my day in a gorgeous timeline view. The app looks great on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. There’s a dedicated Facebook group and Sub Reddit, where the Developer answered my questions. And a lifetime subscription option. Yes, please!

This app is genuinely exceptional.
It’s honestly hard to wrap my head around the fact that this has been designed, built, and continuously refined by one developer over the past 8+ years (since 2017). The consistency of updates, the depth of thought behind the system, and the long-term sustainability planning are on a level I’ve rarely seen—even from teams with far more resources.
The app is cross-platform, end-to-end encrypted, and lets you store as much data as your iCloud or Google Drive allows (your choice). The built-in guide is clear and thoughtfully structured, making a powerful system feel approachable instead of overwhelming. Support is available, responsive, and clearly handled by someone who deeply understands both the product and its users.
And then there’s the documentation and education: the developer, Hai Nguyen, runs a YouTube channel where he personally creates detailed walkthroughs—animations included—in English, despite being based in Estonia. That alone represents an insane amount of effort for a solo developer, and it shows how much care has gone into this project.
To my knowledge, there simply isn’t another app in this category that matches it. As a PKMS (Personal Knowledge Management System) / life organizer, it’s fully integrated in a way that apps like Things 3 or Sorted (both excellent, team-built products) never quite achieved for me.
I almost never write reviews, and I rarely make in-app purchases—but after just a few days of use, the potential here was immediately obvious. I bought the full version without hesitation. I purchased it at the end of 2025 and am genuinely excited to plan and journal all of 2026 with it.
It’s honestly wild that this app only has a couple hundred reviews on the App Store. If you use it, you should leave one. This kind of craftsmanship deserves recognition.

Great so far, but...
It's exactly as advertised; an app where you can do everything related to organizing and planning your life. I haven't had a ton of time in it yet and am still gaining my bearings on many of the features, though I do wish there were different sizes for the widgets on iOS. That's the only thing that I'd change, but everything else has been great so far!

Swiss Army knife
I used to used separate apps for journaling, task management, knowledge management, habits, scheduling, but now i just use this one tool. Everything in one place and it’s been a lifesaver for me.
Changed my life
