This thing used to work! Why doesn’t it play the exercises?

App use to do excercise now only massage
Not the same it once was
Its been years since this app had people coming back to frequent the use of their devices now with the app not doing much I don’t even know where my products I bought are anymore.
Where are the games!?
The fun part about this app were the games that helped with the exercises. Wish we could get those back in the next update!
Not useful at all
The look alike app was useful but they removed it from App Store so no need to buy this product if you want results. This new app is extremely useless. No way

Don’t waste your time or money
I’ve had my Kehgel excoriate for about 4 years. When I originally purchased it I was thrilled with the quality of both the product and the app. The app made the literal exercises fun. It had a cute avatar that would be lifting weights and gave a nice visual for how much effort / strength you were and using for the exercises. You even had the option of saving your progress so you could track and see how your muscles have strengthened over time. THIS NEW APP IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! You can’t tell if you’re doing the excercises correctly, if your making improvements, the only thing it does it adjust vibration pattern. So disappointed in the changes, I’ll be porches other product from elsewhere and changing my Amazon review.

Used to work.
When I originally bought this product several years ago the app worked and had games and exercises. Hadn’t used it in a while and came back to find it no longer even has exercises. Just “massage” option. Could we at least get the old exercises back????
Bait and switch
What was the point of buying this if you were going to take away ALL the features that made it worth buying? Now it does NOTHING but let you ‘massage.’ The games are gone. The strength measuring is gone. I guess we all got scammed. Might as well throw it away.

I can’t even connect to the app. When I follow the directions, I can’t even tap the icon to even attempt to connect it.

What a waste of money. No exercise component at all. Switch it back or dont even offer!

I used the product for a very short time, and when I tried to use it again to do some “Exercises or games”, I couldn’t. All the app will let you do now is a massage. Will this ever be fixed? By the reviews, is sounds like this has been an issue for awhile. Looks like I will probably have to spend more money and hopefully buy from a company who stands by their product. I really do hope this gets fixed.

Downgrade?
It's like they downgraded the app and took away the little games and measurements. Just go buy something else it's not worth it.
Not working
The whole point is the app which offers only massage, not exercises as in the YouTube video
Disappointed
I just bought the device to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I liked the idea of the app and being able to track my progress and see the biofeedback. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t work like the YouTube video shows. There’s no button to set up your account. You can’t see any of the exercises which is disappointing. You can only see the 4 massage modes.
