Difficult map location
Finding addresses and your location in the in-app map is difficult. Changing the point of location adjusts automatically misplacing your location.
Rude Riders
Joy rider riders a are very Rude and are very good at canceling or wasting your time they accept a ride keep you waiting for and at the end they cancel I am so disappointed
Compared to Grab it’s poor

Speedy response
Kudos for a quick response, smooth pick up and delivery. Very satisfied for the service afforded.
Taking too long to book rides
This app is not good for taxi service. You got to wait an hour just to book.
Not as Grab
Bit annoying to keep notifications on for joyride because they keep on sending me adverts for their discounts.
Their messaging function doesn’t work very well for me as
It’s gone via text message compared to Grab which is via their Internet messaging system that grab can also read in case of dispute.

Add ETA
Joyride is good and often affordable, but one thing it needs is adding the ETA of drivers. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve raised this as a review also but until now it’s not been implemented idk why. Other apps are able to do it, so why can’t joyride?

Always asked to Cancel
Joyride’s service has become extremely disappointing. Every time I book, the riders keep asking me to cancel because they say a 4 km pickup is “too far,” which is ridiculous for a transport service. Even when I clearly give instructions on the fastest route, they still end up canceling. It’s such a waste of time and effort.

Taken for a Joyride (by the driver anyway)
I booked my first ride with your app on Saturday from Brentwood Suites QC to Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay. I was quoted about 1,800.
My driver charged be an extra 500+ for tolls even though I saw two toll transactions first for 129 and second for -23.
I ended up giving him a total of 2500 with tip.
But now I realize I was "taken for a joyride" by the driver. This is the first time in three months in the Philippines that I've been cheated. I don't even see this one transaction in my joyride history.
I will never use this app again. Back to Grab.

No card payment
So, no card payment per ride, you will have to add money to the account “top up” and then use to as payment method. The minimum top up is 200, this is garbage and a way to keep you only using this app to consume your funds. Very bad idea not recommended.

The payment process does not work, JR Pay/Maya does not accept any of four card. Very disappointing/frustrating.

How about letting foreigners use the app too. We need to get around the city when we visit!
