Very functional
It’s gets the job done! I can easily pull up my financial information and make adjustments as needed. My only annoyance is that a few months ago FaceID stopped working for me, the icon taunts me every time I open the app lol.

Poor Apps Always crashing
Very Poor Apps cannot be accessed and always crashing. Customer Service should be 24/7 to help. Answering machine said I get somebody but nobody answers and then it will say we are closed. Even Saturday supposed to be they are until 5:30pm EST. Nobody to fixed this Poor Apps. Please do something.
Waste of space
Not only does the app not work, they can’t even give me access to the site/app or to even be able to see my account whatsoever. I have contacted JP Morgan countless times over the past year without any success. They can’t even run their website or app right, why would anyone invest with these stupid people. Moving my money as far away as possible from here!!

Crashing!
I’ve been trying to sign in for a couple weeks now. Every time I can put in my info brings me to confirm my email and phone number and crashes when I hit continue. FIX YOUR BUGS
Changes convince
Like the easy way of making changes personally. User friendly. Also like the auto feature and not having to remember to make changes annually.
App Crashes
I just downloaded the app and registered, but when I try to update my email, phone number, and select paperless to complete the process the app crashes. I'm unable to complete the process and can't access my account. I tried the link for app support and it just takes me to the app log in page where when I try to log in it takes me straight to the page to complete the aforementioned information and then crashes again.

I can’t login after update
I can’t login in just after the last update.
Good app but doesn’t recognize your logged in
When you login to the app it won’t register you’ve signed in and doesn’t display your actual data. Pretty important for a financial app to display your info for all your accounts. If this major issue gets fixed then I will say it’s a very good app, but until then it only gets 4 stars.

Can’t access my account and you f-slurs lock the account for an entire day after two tries. I guess it’s a good thing none of my enemies invest here or else I’d have a great way to lock them out of their investments on a daily basis.

Easy & quick what else could you possibly want .
Only thing I have trouble with is adding another beneficiary incase one has a mishap I can’t add it here I was told it has to be thru the mail . That’s unfortunate in todays time everything is electronically I still give it a 5 star because I can at least select where I want to go thanks J.P. Morgan .
