I love JPfans so much! The prices are great and the shipping is really fast as wells. I love how products can be stored in a warehouse to save on shipping. Would definitely recommend!
First purchase
I have just bought my first purchase with JPFans and I honestly am quite pleased! The pricing is honestly much cheaper than I thought and I bought official figures for half of the price! (Counting shipping)
Rip off
Make sure read everything correctly. They say one process then item gets sent to “warehouse” where you pay a lot for shipping fees. There are better apps/sites to use than these con men.

This was my first time using it and it was great! I got a figure for a good price, and I seen a lot more items for cheap prices too. As I was getting to the shipping, there were many different shipping options, and ways to package your parcel, it was amazing! And JPFans shows pictures of how big or small your package is before you pay! And my package actually arrived pretty quick! Which I was so happy about. Great and easy app and will use it more often for more shopping! Five stars!

Incredible proxy

A good app doing a lot of work!
I’ve used JPFans to order unobtainable consoles from Japan to be shipped to the UK. The app runs really well when you consider that it’s translating Japanese marketplace and currencies on the fly. tThe JPfans service is excellent. This is a separate company that offers intermediary consolidation and shipping services between Japanese marketplaces that you can’t access from outside of Japan and then they consolidate multiple purchases and ship them to you. You will need to bear in mind they are a separate company. They have their own fees and shipping from JPFans is on top of the shipping on the auctions that you purchase. They also don’t make tariff rules!!! But that’s just how it is they need to make their money and there are shipping fees to be paid after all! Thanks JPFans a great experience!

My JPFans Review
Honestly, JPFans is an easy way to find merch of your favorite things. I went onto JPFans to find figures of animes that I like, after I found what I was looking for, the whole process of getting towards actually getting the products shipped to me was straightforward and easy to understand. The customer support helped me understand how to get rid of the “abnormality” status in my package easily without having to ask additional questions. Another thing I liked was the shipping estimation tool (I didn’t pay much attention to it, but after paying for my shipping, I realize that it’s important to actually estimate how much you’ll be paying for during shipping). However one thing that I think should be added to the app is information on how to possibly lower the cost of shipping, or at least be clearer about it. Overall, JPFans is easy to use and has helpful tools such as the shipping estimation, and customer service lines!!

SOSOSO HAPPY
Wow!!! I’ve never used a proxy service before but JFans has blown my mind. They move super fast, are super clear and helpful, customer support is quick and friendly, and the delivery is surprisingly fast for being international. I’m elated to have found this app and will keep ordering from it in the future (actually already have a second order on the way lol). All my merch came in perfect shape :) Only thing I would change is there’s so many buttons to see where your package is sometimes it gets confusing but other than that it’s great!!

Actually amazing
At first I was very skeptical due to the high shipping costs and how low the prices were, but I did manage to get two expensive anime figures for very cheap even with the shipping cost after a while I did take a little bit to get used to the interface of the app, but I really do enjoy shopping and seeing how easy it is on this app not just for anime figures but for mostly everything this is a really good app

Great Proxy
As someone who has used multiple proxies to purchase Japanese goods or items from Japan for years, JPfans has been extremely reliable and provided an amazing customer service experience. They have by far the best Customer service team out of any proxy platform I have ever used!

Works but pricey
If you want authentic japanese items download JPFans i got a wii and ive been having so much fun. it took about 2 weeks to arrive and i had to pay for the initial item and the shipping which i didnt know about at first.
