Great app and great service

Love this app! It makes shopping for anime goods from Japan really easy. You can go straight to the source so it’s much cheaper way to shop than using resellers outside Japan and the range of goods is so much better! I can definitely recommend it. I haven’t had any issues.

great app

Jpfans is an amazing app that I wish I'd found sooner. From the selection of items to the prices. Everything is phenomenal. I especially like the fact that you don't have to pay for shipping prices straight away, and that you can store your item in the warehouse for up to 60 days if you lack the funds to pay for shipping or just simply prefer to wait a bit. It makes buying online so much easier and smooth as you don't feel the need to worry about things like your packages getting damaged since it provides you with multiple options for your packages to stay safe such as waterproofing and extra wrapping. Such a great app, would definitely recommend.

Probably my most reliable Source for shipping

To be fair this is my first review ever written. So to be frank I’ve never written a review till now and in my honest take and opinion it’s really great alongside all the other competitors for shipping from japan. Right now the shipping costs are high yes. That will be taken into account, but all the help and support I get is super fast within the app If theres an issue they will respond decently fast. Ive used apps such as buyee or Even straight off the mercari JP site which still very pricy. I think theres a good tipping point on JPfans when it comes to the shipping pricing its super easy and simple especially for first time buyers and shoppers, i genuinely got a little scared when buying off the app but got the hang of it and cant stop buying my favorite items lol. I saw a video off instagram as to where these influencers get their stuff from and was shocked at the price comparison from ebay to Marcari JP realizing I’ve probably wasted more on ebay then JPfans and mercari combined, aside from pricing and site comparison overall, it’s a really great app to ship and use to get your stuff from! 🙏🙏

Ordering and shipment

Ordering was super easy with this proxy. The items arrived at the warehouse pretty quickly, and shipping was super easy too. You could also do things to make the shipping cost lower which I liked how open they were about that. They offered many different services for shipment. This is the best proxy I have used and I will use it again within the future.

Simple to use and fast!

JpFans is very simple to use and there are so many options and choices on where to order from and what is on the app, there is merchandise from anything you could think of and the prices are very cheap compared to other places that you could buy from. Their customer service is really great and they respond quickly and provide a lot of help with answering questions about products, shipping, packaging. Overall i think that Jpfans is one of the best places to purchase products from because of the good price and the wide range of items that they have, the shipping doesn’t cost much either compared to other places , they send you pictures of the products in their packaging and weigh them for you as well. The steps on ordering are simple and they update the status of the order very quickly the shipping is very quick too coming from Japan. Everyone should use JpFans

I love JPFans! Getting access to exclusive collectibles is so easy now, without having to pay the ridiculous fees you’d encounter if you bought from a local seller! The process is so incredibly easy, with each step communicated so well! You receive pictures from the warehouse that examines your item for authenticity and flaws, and once happy the items take between 1-2 weeks to arrive!

Easy and Reliable Shopping Experience

I’ve had a really good experience using JPFans to buy anime merchandise from Japan. The shipping process was smoother than I expected, and I appreciated the clear package status updates while my order was being prepared. The packaging was also very secure, especially for acrylic stands and other small collectible items that could easily be damaged during international shipping. Unique collector's items

I used the app to get a few items for my collection, some of which were Japan-exclusive products, at really reasonable prices. The shopping experience was incredibly easy because almost everything was handled for me, and I could contact support whenever I had questions; they were always very helpful. Everything was beautifully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I was kept updated on every step of the process and always knew where my package was. It was all really straightforward. Shipping costs were a bit high in the end, but that’s to be expected since everything comes from Japan. I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend this platform.

A bunch of variety

Initially, I assumed they wouldn’t have many things that I’m interested in but I was wrong, not only do they have a bunch of niche items, if one website doesn’t have the things you like you can check the other sites. The layout of everything is nice, clean, and easy to understand. They provide a bunch of coupons for newcomers and you can even redeem more. Overall, I would extremely recommend this app for things you’d like to buy overseas!
