I’ve had a great experience with JPFans so far, especially with Credit Mall. Credit Mall is honestly a steal and has made it possible to get some really good items for a great value. The app makes it easy to browse Japanese marketplaces, place orders, and track everything as it is processed and packaged. I also had a good experience with customer support when I had questions about my Credit Mall orders and shipping. They responded clearly and explained how the different package types work. One improvement I would suggest is making the shipping and consolidation rules for Credit Mall orders easier to understand before submitting them. Overall, JPFans has been a great way to shop for items from Japan.

Recommend for buying exclusive merch from Japan!!
I used Jpfans for 3 seperate times so far and have been satisfied all 3 of them. Its impossible to find Japan exclusive merch anywhere especially if its things like special/ old figures or smaller photo cards/ badges. Jpfans has it all! And ive found everything i wanted from there. The app is easy to understand and has English translations for the Japanese listings which i appreciate greatly as i cant understand any Japanese. The prices can be a little intimidating but considering the shipping and taxes fees for any packages from Japan i think Jpfans prices are very reasonable. Especially if you buy in bulk. The shipping is super fast and trustworthy. They offer pictures and videos of product to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Which is fantastic. The only feedback i can give is, it would be nice if there is a way to communicate with the original seller (from Mercari jp or anywhere) as sometimes i have questions to ask to the seller and i really cant due to not being able to navigate the Japanese websites the products are from. Wonderful customer service and good figure deals!
I had reached to customer about a question about shipping and they replied in excellent time and I have found of figures I’ve been wanting for a long time for an amazing price. If you’re looking for priced figurines how do you recommend this site though make sure to incorporate shipping into the final price. They do calculate it after it’s been box because they have to do it that way if you do ever have any questions at least in my experience they are on top of things.

My first time using a proxy server ! It was so easy to use and I found insane figures for the cheapest prices ! I got so lucky with all my purchases. They arrived carefully packaged and basically brand new. I will be using this app again! I even got my mom to use it! I really recommend it !

JPFans is by far the easiest proxy service I’ve used, there’s a wide range of products and features, and delivery is GENUINELY very quick, I’ve ordered twice so far from Canada and have had my orders in a week after completion. A must use service if you’re unable to go to Japan and bring items back yourself.

BEST CLOTHES APP
This app genuinely changed my life. Instead of over paying for my fashion goods I just use JPFANS and find everything for a great price. I especially love the process they use to ship your items, showing pictures throughout the entire process !

My first ever proxy website for mobile, great experience easy work love what I got fast shipping really recommend if you’re looking for a good budget. Figure app great start definitely go to any content creator site. They have a ton of coupons saved me a lot of money.

JPFans has honestly been really good for me so far. I REALLY love how easy and cheap the payment methods are, because I can get stuff from Japan for like 40-50% less then buying from resellers in America. I recently got multiple Takara Tomy Beyblades for only around $11.32, which was crazy cheap. I also really like all the coupons and deals they give, especially the 80% discount on credit bank bundles and 30% off single packages. The app is also super easy to login to and set up, which makes everything less confusing. The only thing I wish was a little better is the international shipping price, it can be a little expensive sometimes, but honestly it’s nothing crazy. Overall I’ve had a really good experience with JPFans and I’ll definitely keep using it.

JPFans has easily become one of my favorite places to buy secondhand vintage and archive pieces. The UI is super simple, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole process of finding items, checking details, and buying them really easy. The prices are also a huge plus. Compared to Grailed and Depop, JPFans has much better prices on secondhand pieces, and you can find a lot of stuff that would cost way more on other platforms. The selection is great too, especially if you’re looking for harder-to-find pieces. Overall, JPFans makes buying this kind of clothing feel simple, affordable, and actually enjoyable.

The search feature of this app has been really good since I can switch between languages and even use photos to find the exact product I want, the photo and video services for my orders were fantastic and ensured me that my product was safe

Such an amazing app to use when wanting to get items directly from Japan! I ordered a couple items from Mercari Japan through the app, and it was such a good experience ordering it! Very simple, easy, and effective. There is a large variety of items that you can buy through the app as well, so it was so exciting ordering some of my dream items for an affordable price through this app! And the shipping wait wasn't horrible at all! My package took around 2 weeks to get to my house in the US after ordering! JPFans is one of the best proxy service apps I've ever used and it will definitely be my go-to app for ordering items from Japan. :)

Very good, I would recommend
I ordered 6 items from mercari and jdirectitems auction to Australia. I was provided product photos and was easily able to combine them to be shipped together. Browsing for the items on Jpfans was straightforward and I would recommend to anyone interested in Japan exclusive items such as rare anime figures, clothes and other collectables. When receiving my items they all came in tact and were properly packaged without any damage. Shipping can be expensive depending on how many items you order but they give regular discounts and such. Warehouse packing and Shipping time was also very quick being around 1 week. Will definitely be ordering again.

As a retro video game collector having a service like JPFans is fantastic. They give people all over the world access to unique Japanese goods that would otherwise be out of reach. Once they receive your items they pack them with care and send them to you quickly. I highly recommend JPFans to people looking for video games, music, and manga.

Over all I’d say JPfans is really nice and easy to use when wanting to proxy shop. I’m not too familiar with the whole process but jpfans helps with their customer support service team who are there to help with any questions you may have about ordering buying shipping etc. packaging is very fast I bought my figure and right away the same day it was delivered to the JPwarehouse. If you are smart with what you search and bundle with their warehouse hold and you have quality import items delivered like if it was Amazon itself!

Great and Reliable Experience with JPFans
had a very good shopping experience with JPFans. I purchased a New Nintendo 3DS LL, and overall I was very satisfied with the service.
One thing I really liked is that the platform fees are relatively low. They also offer an item verification service with either photos or video. I chose the photo verification service. The service basically provides three photos, which allow you to compare the actual item with what the seller described and showed in the listing. Personally, I would have liked to receive more photos or have some additional verification, especially for electronic devices.
That said, I really appreciated the JPFans team’s attention to detail. When they noticed that the microSD card was not clearly shown or described, they contacted me and also communicated with the seller to clarify the situation. That gave me confidence that they were actually paying attention to the purchase rather than simply processing the order.
The main downside for me was the shipping cost to the US. However, I understand that this is mostly related to the courier service rather than JPFans itself. In my particular case, I think I would have gotten better value from the shipping cost if I had purchased multiple or different types of items.
On the positive side, JPFans kept the shipping timeline as promised, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I would definitely recommend JPFans. I had a safe and reliable experience, and I would feel comfortable using the platform again for future purchases. 100% recommended!
