JPFans was the first proxy service I used to get goodies from Japan. The app is really easy to navigate, and the agents are quick to help whenever you have any questions. I had a few questions about shipping, and they quickly reached back out to me, which made my experience much smoother. There are so many sellers to choose from, with amazing prices on their items.The only struggle I had was that the in app translation wasn’t the best when it came to the item descriptions. That’s the only thing I feel the app could improve on,everything else was lovely! I would definitely recommend JPFans to any collectors out there. It’s been a great experience for me, and I’m definitely looking forward to using the service again! I already have 3 more packages on the way 🙈

Best Japanese Proxy Service!!
The app is easy to navigate and the prices are phenomenal. You can find a vast variety of Japanese goods. There is an international shipping calculator that allows you to estimate how much it’ll cost which is very helpful. As a Kpop fan I was able to find photocards, merch, exclusives, albums, and so much more!! The customer service is top notch. I highly recommend giving them a try ☺️

JPFans is Awesome
I’ve boughten from both the regular JPFans and their credit mall and both experiences were awesome. They package everything so nicely and use all the space they’re giving. All things are well protected. Everything also got shipped out fast! Their customer support is great as well, they answered all my questions and were very honest about what they could do. Can’t wait for my other stuff! I 100% recommend them for anything related to proxy or japan.

My experience with JPFans has been good so far. I do enjoy that they have an app considering most proxy companies do not have one. The app makes it convenient to view your purchases, buy new items, and arrange items for shipping. Customer support has been great for answering questions quickly and usually includes extra explanation like a screenshot to help explain further. Fees are clear and laid out during checkout for each item. One suggestion I do wish they would take into account is payment currency. Currently it seems the payment amount is defaulted to USD when I can get a much better exchange rate with my card. In terms of purchase speed, the items were purchased from Mercari fairly quickly after payment was made. One aspect I do like is how many updates they provide for the item for the domestic portion of the shipping. The domestic tracking number is provided, making delivery updates accessible to be viewed which isn’t something I’ve seen from competitors.

JPFans is the best way to shop from Japan I got a Nintendo ds lite from there for super cheap and shipping was fast and easy, they handle everything and you can ship your items in bulk, you receive photos once it arrives at the warehouse and you can choose many packaging option such as extra protection, there is good communication through the entire process the only thing I think could be improved is a better shipping calculator that sees what you bought and then gives and estimate, overall JPFans is the best for buying items from Japan, I highly recommend.

The worst app ever
This is the worst app ever all these anime influencers hyping it up like it’s something special that’s really not everything seems fine until you have to pay for shipping which they completely lie and say that it’s free I bought something for $20. The shipping was $50. What the hell?
Great Proxy Service
Ordered a hard to find zelda item from here, JPFans have handled the whole process really smoothly so far, updating me consistently. My silly self confirmed the order before it had arrived by accident, but customer support was timely, and let me know that this was not an issue, alongside giving me a status update. incredibly happy with the service so far, and language barriers have not been an issue.

Amazing for shopping figures
There is so many rare finds available and they all come at extremely cheaper prices depending on what your looking for, they also offer 86 pound in free shipping if you sign up with a referral link. Sometimes the shipping ranges between 10-20 pounds but you get up too 60 freedays of storage! If there’s a rare figure you want so bad but just can’t find maybe have a look on here it won’t disappoint

I’ve used other proxy sites to get goodies from Japan but using JPfans was by far the best one I’ve used! Everything was smooth and easy to use and the built in translator really helped out with reading product descriptions! I’m so exited to use them again on my future orders!!
Action figures
I’ve gotten action figures from here and to be honest the customer service was great and the photos and videos I got when the figures were in the warehouse were top notch. I would definitely recommend getting stuff from here. I thought it was sketchy at first but it’s a trustable app. Very awesome 👍

don’t waste your money like i did
I spent 100$ on figures, the way they promote it make it seem as a cheap way to get items from japan but failed to mention id have to pay another 150-200$ just to actually receive my items (even though i already payed 100$) so now i’ve wasted 100$ and they wont give me a refund <3
