When I try to sign in I get an error message “internal error”. There in no app support. How do I get my $200 back? Help!

Don’t load $ - app is broken and no customer service!

Loaded the app up each week as I visit Lively Hood weekly for trivia. Stopped working, tried deleting and reloading, updating password, etc. Contacted customer service and told waitstaff - nothing.

Easy way to pay

I have used this app for about 4 years. It is very user friendly. Can pay the bill without waiting for the server…good for the times when the server is very busy. Also receiving rewards is awesome.

Easy app

The app is easy to use but I really wish you could transfer gift cards into it. I have several cards for JRG but unless I pay through the app I don’t accumulate points.
