App doesn’t work
When I try to sign in I get an error message “internal error”. There in no app support. How do I get my $200 back? Help!
Don’t load $ - app is broken and no customer service!
Loaded the app up each week as I visit Lively Hood weekly for trivia. Stopped working, tried deleting and reloading, updating password, etc. Contacted customer service and told waitstaff - nothing.
Easy way to pay
I have used this app for about 4 years. It is very user friendly. Can pay the bill without waiting for the server…good for the times when the server is very busy. Also receiving rewards is awesome.
Easy app
The app is easy to use but I really wish you could transfer gift cards into it. I have several cards for JRG but unless I pay through the app I don’t accumulate points.
You have to load money on the app to pay
Super stupid, people just want to pay faster, not have to load up another card with cash.

Used after a long time
I was wondering if I’d remember how to use the app but it was so easy and quick. Everything went off without a hitch. I look forward to using it again.

No way to pay other than credit card
Come on! It’s 2019! No excuse!
No tipping the staff
Is there an issue when it comes tipping the server/bartenders ? Some of the tips get lost during the transaction; can you double check that please?

Not updated for iPhone X
This app hasn’t been updated for iPhone X. The top and bottom still overlaps with the notch and home button line.
Overall the interface is quite foreign. The entire home screen including bottom nav is scrollable even though everything is already visible. Doesn’t feel like an iOS app at all.

The whole process was challenging...thank God I had one of your wonderful staff to help me out...
I do not appreciate having to put in more money than what my bill amount is...
I should be able to use your app like the machine & charge my credit card that you have on file with the exact amount of my transaction...none of that putting in a rounded amount to cover my charge.
I feel taken advantage of...
