Very bad experience with latest build.

V 2.4.1 came with same issue as v2.3.1. The app keep crashing at the start on my iphone 7 running on IOS 15.8.8. Talked to their customer rep Muhammad Hashir about this issue who straight away said that my phone OS is not compatible and I must try another device. However on app store, it still says JS app is compatible with IOS 15.0 or higher for iphones. I wanted to share the screenshot of the conversation with Muhammad Hashir but its not allowed. Please ask your IT team either fix the issue with app or atleast ask your team not to put out wrong and baseless statements.

App crash

I have recently updated the app but after updating, the app opens for 2-3 seconds and then crashes. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest, as it is causing quite and inconvenience because I depend heavily on the app for my daily transactions.

Best app

Not promoting JS but best of the best app in Pakistan for Local and RDA user. All options are available in single app and all options are fully functional in JS. while using this app there is no need for logging into net banking app portal to perform any transaction like INPC or currency conversion.
I am Rda customer and I have used nine banks including BAHL, HBL, UBL, Meezan, Habib Metro, ABL, MCB and BAHL, but this is top of all banks mentioned above in my experience, I love it

Technical team fails to resolve issue of scary malfunctioning of app

May 29, 2025 - App doesn’t function properly in terms of IBFT and takes every IBFT request to RAAST payment system without choice and immediately afterwards reverses transaction. JS Bank Audit team must look into this persistent malfunction.
June 30, 2025 - corrective action seems to have been taken. Looking forward to using the app and providing additional feedback. For now, Improving my rating from * to ****

Complaint

Sir ,I transferred money to my account Friday from Abu Dhabi but the money has not been deposited in my account yet. This has never happened before. Previously, money was deposited within 10 minutes.
And today is the fourth day, money has not been deposited in my account. Your bank has very bad service and no one is ready to listen. I am complaining to the js bot and have also called the bank and emailed them, but there is no reply.

This app is a garbage and getting hanged after each and every transaction and as per the features it is not allowing to capture the screen shot so it’s difficult to show the proof of transaction and there is no security update from last 6 months
