Good flight terrible app and website experience
Enjoyed the flight but both the app and website and even the call center were all incredibly frustrating and difficult to deal with.
Ok when it works
The “error while attempting to navigate “ error prevents most functions from working, but some basic details are accessible. Unfortunately upcoming reservations is not one of them. If addressed, could be a functional app once again.
App needs some help
I’ve used this app for over a year and while its great when it does work, it unsuccessfully loads most of the time. Either it takes over a minute to load the app, or it doesn’t successfully load your information and constantly gives errors. Even after restarting the app several times. I end up needing to use the desktop most of the time.

Love JSX HATE the app
This app used to work! Now I can’t use it on iPhone or iPad, it opens and freezes. I realize I can go online and get what I need there but why have an app that doesn’t work?

Great experience!!!
First time flying JSX and I used the app to change my seat, checked in with it too. Great experience using the app, so easy! Much better than my United app. Love the color scheme and UI too!!
Worst app ever
The single worst app in the App Store. Never loads correctly. Takes 10-20 opens and force closes before it works. Can’t add boarding passes to Apple Wallet because of another app bug. Itineraries show up twice in the app.

Excellent airline but unusable mobile app
Airline is great, but this app is unusable. For example, I cannot even log into my JSX account on the app.

The best way to get to Vegas
My vacations start at the airport now. JSX takes away all the travel pain points

Inconsistent!!!!
The app consistently crashes and hardly ever opens. You have to close the app 3 or 4 times before it might actually opens. I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to get it open and just gave up.

App is more frozen than the North Pole
Can’t rate anything more about the app because it hasn’t opened once without freezing. Completely useless.
Barely usable
The app freezes on a various pages quite often, also opens a red screen and never moves from it.
I was refreshed to have it work without freezing and then got a declined credit card from the app. Called credit card and they said the charge went through. Now calling JSX to try to get this resolved. The app is barely usable

Great Airline terrible app
I give the airline a 5 star the app a 1 star.
Mind you on my computer I find the experience tech wise not much better than the app.

- Does not remember my reservation I have to enter the record locator every time I use it.
- Tried to change my reservation from 12/1 to 11/30 I had to call as the app would not let me change months.
- Does not remember my MileagePlus number
- Both app and on my computer I can't get it to remember my personal email address even though it says saved.
Again great airline lacking on the technology interface with the client.

Super buggy
Super buggy. Needs to be like XO Jet
App Freezes Great Flight
Priced much closer to airline fares while delivering an experience much closer to private flying. I’ve been an airplane owner and presently Intl Heavy Cargo Pilot with considerable status on all major airlines. Pleasantly surprised by JSX aircraft seating. Small jet but big seats, no terminal, no long walks or trams, no lines, efficient security, good communication, and comfortable wait lounge. Please fix the app so it doesn’t regularly freeze..

Doesn’t work.
That’s it. Just flat out does not work. Kinda makes you wonder — If they care this little about their app (their single most client facing tool) do they even care about the planes we are to be flying on????
