This new update doesn’t allow me to place orders anymore. Apple Pay is no longer an available option and whenever I try to add ANY credit or debit card, I get an error message saying “INVALID TOKEN REQUEST” when attempting to complete the order. The app is now useless and I can no longer order ahead of time. Revert back to the previous working version!!!!

Love JG; I probably spent $80-100 dollars here each week for the past eight or nine years. But they absolutely screwed over their loyal customers with the changes to the app they just rolled out. It takes me twice as long to enter an order; I have to constantly log back in and reenter profile information; it requires a lot more concentrated navigation to enter changes to an order and substitutions, and — most damningly — I used to enter my orders into my phone early, putting in the specifications during my morning commute before the locations opened, then I’d just tap “Checkout” when the clock turned to 7am and complete the order immediately. This was great on the train (where you don’t get any reception for minutes at a time and it’s nice to have your order ready to send when you get a signal), or when I’d do the 15-minute drive on weekends to pickup an Açaí bowl and a smoothie. For years, I could enter the order on my way to the car or while waiting on the platform then just tap “Checkout” and “Complete Order” when the clock said 7am, wherever I happened to be on my route, and my order would be just about ready when I arrived on the UWS or Columbus Circle. Now I can’t submit the already-prepped order choices from my car on the way because it won’t let you make your selections till opening and it would be dangerous to have to go through a messy labyrinth of menus and drop-downs to enter all the information, or because the app gives up on you when there’s no reception while riding the subway and you have to start over again. All of which means I won’t be doing this nearly as much anymore. Because someone decided the app needed a cosmetic overhaul that added little utility and just made everything about the user experience worse. I love the food, the servers and workers are all great, but this app is ruining the process and eating up their customers’ time and patience. With rivals constantly moving in around them, I hope some clever executive realizes this is not the kind of gamble you want to take with your loyal longtime fans.

No there are so many dumb questions, bs upsell attempts and no longer supports Apple Pay. What product people didn't do their homework, because they should loose their failure of a job for how bad this app now is. Fire them.
Much less convenient without Apple Pay. Plus the form to add a CC doesn’t auto populate with cards I saved to Safari. Flop
Previous versions of the app were basic but did what it needed to do without much fuss. Now there are more screens to click through and ApplePay option is no longer available which makes ordering on the app a no go for me for now.
HORRIBLE APP! whatever you guys did to the update as of 5/21/26 I updated my phone yesterday. The new update doesn’t have Apple Pay. I tried to add my card every time I wanna pay it says invalid token anytime I add any card it says invalid token and I’m frustrated because now I have to order through Uber Eats which charger is more and I don’t get my point fix this now. FIX IT!!!

This app has bugs at the payment stage so ordering doesnt work sometimes and the user interface is ugly and its annoying that you’re supposed to pick your pickup time at the start of the ordering process, that should be at the end
Today's update was a terrible idea. Harder to order, reorder and less intuitive. Fix this!!
The app is great for ordering ahead of time but doesn’t do you much good if the staff doesn’t put it out for pick up. It typically just sits there at room temperature behind the counter piling up with or behind the in store orders.
Store worker told me buy some thing or else I would have to leave I was just taking a rest I was born with autism
The app works smoothly but the rewards program is awful. Once you reach the max points you only get a $10 reward which doesn’t even cover a smoothie.
lost all my points and history
The app serves its purpose but I wish there were options to substitute plant protein for whey without being charged extra for it with the app.
I wrote better apps in college. User & pass that works with the website doesn’t work with the app. Who thought that one up?
Worse app ever used. It took me 30 minutes just to place an order because it’s so confusing to navigate how to change, add or save items. Then after entering cc clicked a button that completely wiped out my cart and it was already done over 3 times. It should not be so confusing I never have these problems ordering anything online anywhere else

cant login since 2020. won’t allow me to sign up.
Where the heck is the back or home button? Tip?
I can’t log in on my new phone even when I reset my pw. Can only open the online order website on computer. I already complained
Keeps saying Invalid Authentication Token. They better not have charged me for 3 of the same drinks…
The place in the summer is packed and takes forever but it’s great
