Downloaded the app unfortunately can’t register keeps showing “Service Exception”

Initialising for 15 mins but not charging car.
App is lousy
After dont’t know which update, cannot top up with credit card. App got stuck at the page after keying all the cards details.
Why is it so difficult to create an app that after log in stay log in? Every time have to re log in is so troublesome. Is 1 of the worst app I used for EV charging.
