Earlier it was best but now i am uninstalling due to hidden huge convenience fee
From the day 1 I have joined this platform I lived this and left all other platforms. But unfortunately for the 1st time I feel cheated. When I was paying my electricity bill on screen it only showed 1 rupee as platform fee so I proceed and paid but after paying the bill I came to know that 67rupees was deducted as convenience fee which I am fine also but it should be displayed on the screen or communicated to me properly. This is purely cheating and fraud I will say. After so many years of trust and good service I am very sad to say goodbye to Jupiter and csb bank. Thank you for giving that great service till now. I will switch back to my old platforms they are steady and consistent on their transparency and service. Hope this info will be beneficial for others. Please check convenience fee before using Jupiter card now which is absolutely hidden.

Shocking customer support and hidden fees. Avoid!
Do not trust this app for flight bookings. I requested a partial flight cancellation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. It took them weeks just to process a basic request.
To make matters worse, they deducted an arbitrary, massive amount for the cancellation—completely ignoring their own policy that states cancellation is free once a year. When I asked for a transparent breakdown of the charges, they completely ghosted me. I have followed up multiple times and have received absolutely nothing.
There is no customer service phone number to call, and their in-app support channels have completely stopped responding to my raised queries. Once they have your money, they hide behind an unresponsive chat interface. Save yourself the stress and use a reliable platform instead.

I am writing to report severe issues with your app. My account was closed without my consent, and all my funds were unlawfully deducted from my Jupiter account. Currently, your support team is ignoring my emails and messages within the Jupiter app. Furthermore, after being prompted to update the application, I am now facing a 'version not supported' error.
My account has been suspended for three months. I successfully added an alternate bank account on the 25th, yet the only response I occasionally receive is an automated reply asking me to re-enter my details after 48 hours. This has not resolved the issue, and the application is now completely inaccessible to me. I request an immediate resolution and refund.
