Justcoach as a platform
Hi there! First, I would love clarity from Karenn listed above. Are you expressing concern about justcoach as the app, or a coaching package that you bought that was hosted on this platform and they refused a refund? That makes a big difference, as hundreds of honorable coaches use this platform for teaching.
Those of you that are considering utilizing this platform as a coach please know that it is very user-friendly. I am middle of the road tech savvy, and I found the development of my program on the platform very intuitive. The support and communication from the company that developed this app has also been fantastic.
For those that want to download it to access their coach”s content, it is also really really good. Super easy and works well.

Horrible customer service and do not honor refunds or communicate
Signed up for this program and after not ever being able to sign into the app and not getting any replies back about that, I reached out to cancel and get a refund. Was told it was beyond the thirty days for refund when I reached out the DAY that the payment came out. Asked to cancel and was told they sent me instructions, which I still have yet to find yet they keep referring to. Then they said they would go ahead and cancel it and I still got charged again. Had to cancel my card and file fraudulent charges with my bank. Absolutely awful customer service, unclear terms, and scammy behavior.
