Terrible glitches

I’ve changed my password multiple times and will log in with the new password but it will then tell me that it’s incorrect.

Feature Requests

Let employees update profile in app. Paycheck distribution, bank accounts, home address, etc. Also allow for % based paycheck distribution vs. flat amount only.

Gauges to app made it suck

I used to be able to see all my payments and what hours to what price and now it doesn’t show a full detailed list like before . 👎

Why can’t I just stay logged in?

Every single time I open this app I have to reenter my password. Recently it’s even been making me get a verification code, every single time, every day when I log in. Why is this necessary? It can’t be for security, every other app is not like this.

Sick pay

Option to take sick pay doesn’t work. Will not let you select the amount of time you want to use, therefore you’re unable to use it.

We use Justworks for payroll and to communicate different things to each other and I think it’s wonderful. It’s a whole different meaning to paperless!!

Kicks me off all the time I have to log back in daily. Why bother having an app with Face ID available.

Otka Verify is not working, and calling support, the phone rings once and drops the call. Soooo I cannot recommend it

Time off request alerts

It would be helpful if the alerts for time off requests showed when they were requested. Looking at an alert you have no idea.

Bring back Time tracking

It’s impressive how much worse the UX is for adding shifts in this app vs the now-deprecated Time Tracking. Make it the same experience just use Claude Code please it’ll take like 30 minutes max

RIP Time Tracking App

This app is overall good. While there was the separate Justworks Time Tracking app I was only using Justworks occasionally. So, I could tolerate the ridiculous log in process - scans face, manually pick autofill, scans face again, select send text code, fill text code. Now being forced to deal with it MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY EVERY TIME I USE THE APP I’m contemplating how badly I actually need my job. It’s like having a meeting to discuss a meeting then another meeting to discuss how that meeting went. It makes 0 sense. I keep checking settings hoping maybe today they’ll be an option to opt out of whatever in the 2 factor hell the app is doing. Stop with the witty office puns in your updates and fix the accessibility issue. I beg you.

Cant stay logged in

Time tracking app worked fine. Let me log in once and stay logged in. Entering password every time to clock in and out is ridiculous

I have to verify my device just to clock out for lunch

It was bad when I had to have Justworks AND Justworks time tracking, but now that they’ve been handily integrated I have to log into Justworks AND verify my device every time I clock in or out, even just for lunch. It’s so annoying and unnecessary. And forget using it on my work issued phone, I can only get a verification on my personal one!

Way too complicated

This app sucks compared to the previous timekeeping app. It takes three times as many clicks to clock in and out of your shift. Would rather just have the old separate app.

Why can’t I change direct deposit locations in the app? Why don’t you have human chat support? This is like HR app lite.
