Not 24/7
I started a session at 6 pm, and as of 8 am the next day I have still not been connected with a real person. I’m sure their system knows they don’t have anyone qualified to practice in my state available 24/7, but that information was not passed on to me. They couldn’t even do me the curtesy of telling me that- so I just had to wait for several hours last night assuming I could actually get connected to someone. I wish my insurance company would contract with a different Telehealth provider.

ZERO STARS
I paid $75 upfront to wait over 5 hours until I gave up on speaking to the clinician. No updates, just an estimated “within an hour” what a load of BS that was. Extremely frustrating when it’s supposed to be fast and easy and alleviate the worries of having to wait for an in person appointment when I feel awful already. Honestly don’t even bother and just go to urgent care.

They do not care about their patients
Closing in 2 weeks so they genuinely stop caring. I have a chronic health condition, and they have ignored me during appointments, spent most of our appointment time fixing problems their other providers keep swearing are already fixed, cancelled appointments on me multiple times without warning or explanation. They have forgotten multiple times to send the labwork to the place, will close the chat and make you book a whole new appointment to talk about the same issue, get snippy when you ask questions, or try to rush you when you’re typing responses. The platform closing isnt enough, these doctors need to lose their licenses for how they treat people. Smh.

Frustratingly Poor Design
I’ve been using K Health for a couple years to obtain a prescription. The chat function has never been user friendly. I’m trying to get a refill before the app is discontinued but because 18 hours passed between when I requested a session to when a clinician was available I missed the chat. Now, customer support is telling me to simply “tap the button” at the bottom of the chat screen to request another session. But there’s no button! And this is not the first time I’ve had trouble with this. The app is so poorly designed that I can’t figure out how to make another request for a refill, and customer support is no help with their canned responses. So frustrating.

Primary Care doesn’t work
It gets to screen saying “Join K Health to get the care you need. No copays, no hidden fees.” and that’s it. There are no buttons, no options to pick from. It’s just stuck.
This App Has Left the Building
Changing my review from 3 stars to 2 stars and back now to shift things to a 1 star. Was charged for my visit & left in a waiting room for a clinician for over 3 hours before giving up. Attempted to reach out to customer support twice. The on hold robot said I was next in line. Waited twenty minutes the first time and over an hour the second time. Both times resulting in me hanging up. At this point it is safe to say that this app lacks true doctor visits, customer service is on the same level as a gas station in a dying town. No thank you. I’m deleting the app & will never reach out or attempt your services again.

So I have paid and answered a bunch of AI questions. Since then I’ve been waiting for a response for over 5 hours. And I paid 45 dollars. What a racket. Now I’ll probably spend all morning tomorrow trying to get my money back instead of the care I need. US health care is only for the rich. Folks like me just get ignored and steered to this ignoreware. And my insurance sent me to this app!

Only use this app if you want your health concerns ignored after waiting hours for someone to get back to you and then still have to go see an in person provider.
Great Consult, Long Wait
Only gave it 4 stars because I had a 9 hour wait but still beat having to go into an urgent care or doctors office. I would use this service again, especially if I wasn’t in a rush like today.
Poor App and Service
Unfortunately I chose this service and app for care. The app provides no options other than the generic health questionnaires, and provides no insight into when a health provider will be available to contact you. No way to contact them within the app. Our service provider contacted me after 5.5 hours of waiting at 1:30am. I missed their contact at that time, and they did not try to contact me again, or leave any instructions in the app or email. Bad app, bad service. Avoid.

Terrible service
Waited on a consultation for over 3 1/2 hours that they build me prior to speaking to someone and I’m doubtful that I will even get my money back for a service that was not provided.
Terminal Wait
I went through the 300 questions with the chatbot at about 11AM. Was told I was “checked in” and to stay near my phone for the next available clinician. 3 hours later, still nothing so I went to a different app and had a diagnosis and Rx in about 20 minutes. Around 3AM…THE FOLLOWING DAY…I’m awakened to a text message from a doctor who finally entered the chat. LOL. This was so bad that’s all I could do. The app’s design doesn’t have the ability to allow me to cancel the chat to prevent this. I sure hope my insurance isn’t charged for this non-visit.

Wait time
I’ve been waiting over an hour to get a doctor to see me and it’s hard to contact support because they close at 7 pm
Very inconvenient
Have waited over 2 hours multiple times and if I don’t respond to the app immediately when you are notified you begin the wait all over again. I have now spent 2 entire days trying to get a refill of medication with over 20 hours in wait time. At this point I feel like their telehealth program is less convenient than conventional medicine.

Took hours for a clinician to connect
I waited hours for a clinician to come online. It took so long I had to go to bed and I woke up to my phone saying I missed my clinician after 10pm. I get up at 3, so there’s no way I’d be up until 10. Suggestions, give customers possible wait times.
Waste of time and money
Waited for over 4 hours (past my appointment time) and paid $73 for absolutely nothing. This is such a scam! There are much better provider sites than this.
Was never seen after +4 Hrs
I believe I was having an allergic reaction to food I ate so I messaged the urgent clinical team. The wait was over four hours before I gave up.
Great doctor chat, but long wait time
I waited almost 5 hours to hear from the doctor and I was told I would be connected soon and to stay by my phone, so it inhibited what I was gonna do that day. When I finally got to talk to the doctor, it was really good and helpful.
