I bought a gorilla bow because i’m too insecure to go to the gym but honestly didn’t know what to do with it. i downloaded this app and i was instantly hooked. genuinely the best workout app i’ve ever downloaded and trust me i’ve been through them all. i saw progress in not only my looks but how i felt almost instantly and i barely changed my diet. this app and company as a whole works wonders

Love the workouts
I don’t always know what to do and in what sequence. I love how this app walks me through a variety of workouts adjusts my weights tells me if I’m on target and using correct form.
App is dead
The app is dead and my weights are bricked. $700 down the drain.
Keep the app
I know the future of the company is in flux. But as a user of the product and service, I hope the app service remains. The design, experience and workouts are awesome.
